Hi,
Okay. Well in that case what you can do is create a second header made specifically for mobile that hosts the mobile friendly video link, but will be hidden on desktops. If you are not familiar with how to accomplish this please let me know.

I don’t see a video auto playing in your example link. I see a YouTube video that requires a play button on top of a static cloud background. Do you need the video to autoplay?

Jordan ShannonHi,
Are you adding the css to the very top of quick css? If no css is working at all, it could be an error in the current css you have written that is causing it from running.

Please see the following in regards to adding custom widget areas to the header. This is an efficient way of accomplishing this task:

Video backgrounds do not autoplay on mobile. This is not a theme issue, but rather a limitation of the device itself. The auto play limitation in mobile browsers is an intentional limitation put in by the OS developers. To my knowledge, there is absolutely no way to auto play content in a mobile browser because the event that is required to trigger content play is an OS/Phone event, one which the browser itself has no control over or interaction with.

Jordan ShannonHi,
What is the page editor by Beaver? You should be using only the ALB provided by Enfold. Are you using the same admin account that you provided us?

It looks like you are still using a slideshow element on mobile. Perhaps a color section with a background image will deliver the same result.

The it appears that the css you added through the entire grid off. There are quite a few empty spaces that I see. Could you remove the css for a bit so I can look into the issue?

Jordan ShannonHi,
Is it the form on this page? I didn’t have to scroll at all. In fact the success message scrolled up into my view.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Could you have just removed the 25px as opposed to display:none? I’m sure this is what has caused the shift. Was it a margin or padding or a 25px blank element?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey tl_s180,

Can you please provide admin info so we can log in and look into this. When you say you can’t add anything , does it seem like an error or some sort of account lock?
