The LayerSlider included in Enfold comes with basic features and may not be the most up to date version. To get the most updated features and version, you would have to purchase LaySlider from Envato.

From my understanding of your needs, it sounds like you just need to use the quick css to edit the sections you want to target. You can use the browser inspector to get the classes, ids, etc.

For an issue like this you would likely be better off putting the sidebar under the main content on iPad. This can be done by adding the following to quick css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
main.content, .sidebar {
  width: 100%!important;
  border: none!important;
}}
