Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if this issue still occurs? Also, have you tried to reproduce in multiple browsers?

Yes Enfold is able to accommodate video headers. As for the YouTube bar, this is not at all controlled by the theme but rather YouTube itself.

The issue with that is, is Enfold does not guarantee compatibility with every combination of every single plugin. As such, this may not be something that can be address here in the forums, but may require input from the devs to fix in a later update.

Using CSS is no different in WordPress than in web development in general, you can put the font anywhere on your server, just make sure to include the correct URL when importing the font in your CSS.
