Not for the default form. You would want to try Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms for those additional features.

For FontAwesome icons, please add following code to bottom of Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

Hi,

Apparently Instagram has made some changes. Could you please try replacing wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/k0te522ilwdcpik/class-framework-widgets.php?dl=0 and check if that helps?

Yes, this is unfortunately the nature of troubleshooting an issue. I am glad that the sizes are back though. What you would want to do now though is re-active the plugins one by one. When the issue comes back, the last activated plugin is likely the problem.

It is just simply a precaution check as send/receive issues often are due to server settings, especially if no visible errors are being thrown on the front-end.

It is basically an on/off switch. You disable each one individually, and if it does not solve the issue simply turn it back on.
