There is no built in back-up feature, so you would likely have to utilize a plugin. As for copying code to another page, you would want to enable debug mode so you can view and copy the element shortcodes. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

There are such a variety of plugins, we can’t list every single one that is available for Enfold. It’s really just trial and error and for that very reason we can guarantee compatibility with them all.

This file can be found either directly within the theme folder. Alternatively, you can go to appearance > editor > header.php within the dashboard.
