I think it is just the font weight that different between the two. Add this to quick css:

.blog .title_container .container .main-title.entry-title a{
font-weight:bold!important;
}
```

Sometimes this happens when the logo length comes in conflict with the number of menu items at that specific range between desktop and tablet. Did you need further help with this topic or shall we close?

As long on the css is placed within quick css or custom.css you are good, it will be protected from updates.
