We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this without core template file edits, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support. If you really need to accomplish this you can hire a freelancer who should be able to get this ready.

Did you add the css to the very top of quick css so it runs first. and clear the cache a few times over.
