Did you add the code to the very top of quick css so it runs first? Also, clear the cache a few times over.

You have to go to the pages themselves and enter them within the Yoast module.

Sorry for the problem, could you try to delete the theme from the server, then upload the new version to see if that helps please? You are getting that error since the file in question has moved to a different location.
