The dash could have simply been a typo in the font name. It wasn’t being read by the browser.

You can display specific widgets in WooCommerce shop page. You’ll find your WooCommerce Sidebar Section in Appearance -> Widgets -> WooCommerce Widgets.
If you do not want to display widgets in WooCommerce shop or archive page, follow these steps:
Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Integration -> WooCommerce
Scroll down to Show/ Hide
Un-check the tick beside Show WooCommerce Sidebar

Since the form is being displayed in an iFrame, there is no way to target it via css unfortunately. Perhaps try another contact plugin that does not use an iFrame?
