Hey Joan!
You’re welcome! Just let me know the results of trying the solutions above as soon as you try.
Best regards,
JordanHi Clifford!
Thanks for getting in touch!
27,000 file in the uploads file is a lot. Do you really need that many images on your server for your site? I would suggest backing up that folder somewhere and going through which of the files are really needed and are in use. Remove the files not needed off the server.
Let me know if there is anything else you need assistance with.

There are a few things you can try:
- Please contact your hosting provider about disabling mod security on the server. Then try installing the theme again.
- Ensure that all the files for WordPress have the correct permissions. https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
Especially for the file update.php. - You can also try installing the theme manually via FTP or a cPanel. Follow these instructions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Adding_New_Themes_Manually_.28FTP.29
Please get back to me if you have any issues.

JordanHi saabee!
You need to go to Enfold -> Blog Layout. There you will see the following:
Simply uncheck the ones you do not want to show up or uncheck them all and install the Share This plugin.

JordanHi!
To change the background of the menu to red, please go to the Quick CSS field under the General Styling tab in the theme options and place the following code there:
#header_main_alternate { background-color: #dd0031; }

JordanHey!
Thanks for getting back to us and very sorry for the delay.
I have changed back all the menu items to display as buttons with color. Also if you go to the Quick CSS section under the General Styling tab in the theme options, I added the following code:
#top #header .av-main-nav > li { padding-left: 15px; }
Adjust the number to adjust the space between the menu items if you wish.
Cheers!
JordanHey!
Thanks for getting back to us!
You need to place the pages below the columns now. You have only placed 3 columns under the Mega Menu. Please place pages under each column and in the Navigation Label for each page place the HTML for the image you want to use. I have done the first column for you but you will need to change the picture. Also put a dash for the column if you do not wish for the name of the column to show up.
Best regards,
JordanHi!
Still unable to access your admin panel using the credentials. It logs in but will only give access to the homepage, but once trying to access the dashboard, we get an error message. Please view the screenshots I have attached.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is 3.5. Then on your dashboard go to Enfold -> Import Demo and click to import the Travel demo.

Try the following CSS code:
.html_header_top .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child >li > ul { border-top: none !important; }
Add it to the Quick CSS field under the General Styling tab in the theme options.

JordanHi!
No, we are asking for one of the images you are having an issue with uploading. That way we can use the same image and try uploading it ourselves on your site.
Best regards,
JordanHi!
In the CSS class section for the button, you just need to select a name for the button which will be used as a class. For example, use small_button then go to the Quick CSS section in the theme options and add the following code:
.small_button { font-size: 12px; }
You can add the same class to all the buttons you want to have the same font size or use a different class for each and adjust the code each time.
Try this and let me know if it works.

I would suggest trying this way. Add your banner as the logo image by going to Enfold Theme Options. Then in the header settings, go to adjust the dimensions of the header under the setting Header Size and use a custom size. Also under Menu and Logo Position, choose Logo center, Menu below.
Even after doing this, somethings may need to be adjusted using a little CSS if it is not exactly how you want it. So I will need the link to your site after you make the above changes to assist you further if needed.
