My suggestion for the button would be to add it as a custom link menu item and insert the link to the book now. Then change the menu item style from default to button.

To add a phone number on your site, please go to the theme options then Header and in the Extra Header Content section, add the phone number.

You could try setting the theme to use the top header then add a sidebar to all pages. Go to General Layout in the theme options and select Top Header for the Logo and Main Menu. Then go to Appearance -> Widgets and select the custom menu widget to place in the sidebar blog and sidebar pages.

In the Enfold theme options please go to Advanced Styling and select the different elements you wish to style. For example choose “H3” and you can edit the font type, color, and size for all h3 elements.

I am unfortunately not understanding your request. In the screenshot you provided it seems that the menu on mobile functions as it should. The menu icon changes to a ‘X’ when opened and the menu is there. Please look at our demo on a mobile device and let me know what does not function the same. http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/
