Hey sarahrose,
Ensure you have the right permissions set for the files and folders in the Enfold theme – https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
Also defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
JordanHey Ted,

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.avia-menu.av-main-nav-wrap { right: 41%; border-right: none !important; }

JordanHey Antonis,

JordanHey csmwebdesign,
Try adding the “!important” tag after the width value. So now your code should look like this:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { #footer .container { max-width: 90% !important; }}
Let me know how it goes!

JordanHey idespiran,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I would suggest using the shortcode from the Enfold Accordion that you built and pasting the shortcode in text field in the widget area. To get the shortcode for the accordion so you can paste it elsewhere, you can follow these steps – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Let me know how it goes :)

JordanHey Claudia,
How exactly did you add the image?
If you added it to the menu item via Appearance -> Menus then you may need to add the style inline with the code you added to the menu item.
Example: `<img src=”http://yourimage.png”style=”height:100px;”
style=”width:100px;” style=”top:3px;” alt=”25″/>`The style is defined in the example.

JordanHi Claudia,

JordanHi gireeshnair,
The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
@l33theresa Please start a new thread providing a link to your site. Thanks!Best regards,

It could be a problem with the php memory limit – in this case try to increase the allocated memory limit to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

JordanSeptember 23, 2016 at 5:27 am in reply to: Error in Backend after activating Enfold theme – backend no longer available! #690468Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I would suggest deactivating all plugins before installing the Enfold theme and then activating the theme. A plugin may be conflicting with the theme and is causing the issue.
Thanks for the detailed information but if you still experience issues, could you provide us with FTP access and access to your WordPress dashboard so that we can take a closer look.
