I’ll try it Josue. I remember after a theme upgrade that the Avia Layout Builder wasn’t displaying and the way we got it back was to reboot the office router. Perhaps this is the same thing. I’ll get onto another machine and report back.
Once again, thanks for your help.
Thanks Josue,
That’s fixed it in Safari. In Firefox it’s as it was previously, in Chrome it doesn’t go to the anchor links and just loads the product page.May I ask, when the theme is next updated, will I have to re-insert this code the the functions.php file?
Cheers
JonMany thanks for your efforts Josue. Unfortunately it’s not fixed the issue. Reverted back to original.
Okay, thanks for getting back to me. If there was only some quick css to say scroll down one pixel on clicking the anchor link or arriving on that page.
Cheers
JohnJust to clarify my points, as I might not have been clear.
1) There is a full width sub menu on the products page.
2) It’s set to be sticky.
3) When I click on the sub menu items, it goes to places I’ve marked with #tags on the page.
This is good, I like it! BUT
4) If I click the link from the front page (site.com/products/#menu_item the sticky menu isn’t there until I scroll a tiny bit.I would like it to display as it does in step 3 when I perform step 4.
Hi Dake, sorry about that, didn’t know. Screen shot taken after clicking on the front page link.
In order to display the sub menu after clicking through from the front page I have to scroll a tiny bit and it appears.
Using Safari on a Mac – but the issue appears in Chrome and Firefox too.- This reply was modified 9 years, 1 month ago by jonrouse. Reason: Browser
Anyone?
Hi again,
I seem to have fixed this by duplicating the pages using a plugin and then deleting the originals. Perhaps it was because I was using the pages from the theme demo. I’ll revoke access now as it’s not needed,
Cheers.Sorry, answered my own question!
.image-overlay {
display: none !important;
}No, that’s fine Yigit, I can always introduce the full width sub menu if necessary (hope it doesn’t break it too).
Thanks for your help,
John!
Thanks Yigit, I tried the custom CSS and it made it stick out further!
Making the header non-sticky worked though. Ideally I would like to keep the sticky header, but if that’s the only option I can live without it.@abskevin – yes I just went into the router control panel and rebooted it. Without restarting the browser, it suddenly started working. Have you been able to sort it out?
@Yigit – fixed it!
Some help for those having the same problem, I rebooted our router. Maybe there was some caching going on there seeing as I visit the page multiple times per day. I flushed the cache multiple times in safari with no action, so maybe the router was caching something?
I have no idea, but glad it’s working and I’m looking forward to checking out some of the new features.
Thanks very much!

I’ve reinstalled from the zip file and still have the same problem. Tried another browser just in case and it’s no different.
The whole layout builder is empty, but it will allow me to drag new elements to it. (I’m not saving these changes of course).Is there anything else I can try? Should I try downloading and unzipping again, just incase anything got corrupt in the download.

June 5, 2015 at 5:16 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder elements not present on page after upgrading to version 3.2 #455166I was curious about this users plugins, I thought this was a discussion forum?
June 5, 2015 at 5:05 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder elements not present on page after upgrading to version 3.2 #455160Me too, they told me to deactivate plugins, which I did to no avail. Can I ask what plugins you’re using just to see if we’re running anything similar?
I’ve reinstated 3.1.1
Hi,
Tried a few things, deactivating one by one and checking.
Also deactivated all and still getting the same problem.Cheers
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Yigit,
This hasn’t worked, I’ve cleared the cache. Refreshed the page about a dozen times and tried it in two browsers. All I get is a spinning loading icon. I’ve reinstated 3.1.1, which I’m keeping in a folder called “old enfold”.Regards
JonSame here
Me too, I was struggling to do the auto update so did a manual install instead. The site displays fine, but the editor is totally empty. Though it is there when I try and create a new post.
So frustrating, I kept getting the maintenance bug with wordpress, manual update was the only thing I could thing of.
Thanks Elliott, that seems to have helped.

Hi Andy,
It’s a bit difficult because it contains contact details. Additional sidebar widgets are appearing above the appears everywhere widget.
It’s no problem now because the client likes it how it currently is.Thanks anyway.
One more question – is there a way to change the vertical spacing between drop down menu items.
Sorry, I explained badly. I’m talking about widgets in the sidebar. Any other widgets I set to be displayed in addition to the “displayed everywhere widget” appear above “the displayed everywhere widget”. Does that make sense? I’d like the option for it to appear below.
One other thing, when I add an extra sidebar widget it comes above the “appears everywhere” sidebar widget.
Anyway around this?Sorry, I am stupid! I meant transparent glassy header, breadcrumbs, sidebar and fullwidth!
