Hi Rikard.
I think this may be something with the WordPress Jetpack plugin. I just deactivated all plugins again and when reactivating that one, the issue happened again. I’ll keep you posted. Other than that, do you think it could be the PHP memory or CDN? Thanks so much!Hi Rikard,
The plugin seemed to work, per feedback from my client. Will there be a permanent fix for this soon with the Enfold Theme so we don’t have to use a plugin?
Thanks,
Jo LynnThis issue was resolved for me. Thanks!
Thanks, Rikard!
That worked perfectly.
Yes, Here you go. Thanks!
Hi Rikard,
You can’t open them at all? I am using Chrome and they work just fine. I wonder why they wouldn’t open for you. The issue I’m having is that the prices under the Monthly Deluxe Walking Services look just fine here https://petassist.com/dog-walking-services-sharon-massachusettes/#toggle-id-2 But the pricing columns under the next toggle titled monthy express dog walking services have a huge space between the columns of prices and the words Pricing Structure. Here’s that link https://petassist.com/dog-walking-services-sharon-massachusettes/#toggle-id-3
But I’m more concerned that none of the toggles are working for you. Do none on the page work for you? Or just those two don’t work?
I’m using Chrome too. How can I send you the screenshot? I tried replying to the email but it came back as undeliverable.

February 4, 2020 at 4:54 pm in reply to: Help me remove placeholder image at the end of every blog post #1181354That messes up the blog view settings. When you do that all you see is the title and read more on the blog page. Look under the specials tab and you will see the blog you edited has no text. We don’t want that. I need this to be fixed permanently, so the client doesn’t have to make corrections every time they blog. I don’t know why this is happening. Is there anyone on the team that can help?

I have found the problem. It was a plugin called Wordfence. I had all plugins deactivated but even having this one installed was causing the problem. Once I deleted it, everything worked.
I need help with this. Nothing that has been suggested has worked. I’ve spent hours working with this theme and I can’t afford to start over with another one. I’ve used Enfold on most of my websites and have never had this issue.
I went in and looked at all the pages and the issue is only happening with the new ones I recreated on the test site. Originally, I brought all of the exiting pages over to the test site. I then recreated the primary pages (using same URL) and deleted the old ones. All other pages were left as is. Then I used the WP Migration plugin to bring everything over to the main site. Now, only those few pages have the page loading issue. The other pages open fine. This is so confusing. I’m not actually getting a 403 error. The page looks fine when you view the website. It’s just the editing.
Is there anyone else who can review this site? I don’t want to go to the expense of hiring someone to reconfigure the php file if that is not the case. Why do you think this is what is causing it?
Here you go
https://snipboard.io/mniPYc.jpgHow can I send you a screen shot of the current settings?
They use 7.0.33. So that doesn’t seem to be the issue. What else could be causing this?
I’ve asked my client to ask his hosting company what PHP version they are using. Do you know what version they should be using?
Basilis,
Can you tell us how to add the robot txt to the effected pages?Thank you.
August 15, 2017 at 9:25 pm in reply to: Background image does not appear in mobile-only view #839586Thank you, Jordan. It was actually a color section and not slideshow elements. I started with a slider but deleted it a while ago. But considering your advice, I tried deleting the color section and creating it again and that worked. Thank you!
Hi Mike,
I don’t understand your reply about local host so I’m writing in again. The code I pasted is what is making the search icon invisible. It’s there but you can’t see it. When I remove that code, the search icon is visible. Can anyone tell what in that code is making this happen. Here is the code again.
}
.av-main-nav li > a > .avia-menu-text {
border: none!important;
}
#top .av-main-nav > li > a {
font-weight: normal !important;
}
ul#avia-menu > li:nth-child(1) > a:before {
display: none;
}.av-main-nav li:last-child > a:before {
content: ” !important;
}Ok. I found when I remove this code from the css, the search bar appears. What should I change in this code so that it appears.
}
.av-main-nav li > a > .avia-menu-text {
border: none!important;
}
#top .av-main-nav > li > a {
font-weight: normal !important;
}
ul#avia-menu > li:nth-child(1) > a:before {
display: none;
}.av-main-nav li:last-child > a:before {
content: ” !important;
}I would but it’s a client site and they can’t do that. They are a hosting company and have a lot of security features. I’ll check with them tomorrow and see what can be done.
Hi Victoria,
They need to give your IP address authority to go into the site. If you can send that to me, I can have them add it and send a login for you. But their webmaster is not in today, so he’d set it up tomorrow.
Jo Lynn
Hi Rikard. I tried removing that but the search did not appear. That code was added to remove the divider at the end. When I removed that code, the divider reappeared but the search icon was still not visible.
Also, Sarah. They use a custom font for header menu items. Could that css be affecting it? Maybe there is css I need to enter so that the search icon uses the right font.
Hi Sarah,
Can you send me the IP address of the computer you will use. They have to give the IP address permission and then I can send the login. Is that OK.
Jo Lynn
Hi John,
I went through every plugin and deactivated one by one and none resolved the issue. Any other suggestions?
Jo Lynn
Well, I cleared all the code and pasted it into the quick css again and now it works! Maybe I had a type-o.
Thanks!
Hi Sarah,
I’m creating the site on their testing site and they won’t allow access. Any other ideas?
Jo Lynn
Also, just so you know. I added your code as-is to the end of the quick css section. If you are asking me to add it somewhere within the code that is already there, please let me know.
