You can delete the pages imported from the demo going to Dashboard > Pages > and hovering the mouse over the page title that you want to remove – check here: http://prntscr.com/flu9uq – with this, this page won`t appear anymore.

The same steps will be useful to the posts and the images, you can delete going to Dashboard > Media > selecting the media and deleting clicking here: http://prntscr.com/flua94

Isn`t possible to accomplish this, you can change the color to red all the word using the custom CSS code that Rikard provided:
```
 #menu-item-63 .avia-menu-text {
   color: red !important; 
}
```
The unique way to accomplish this is hiring a freelancer.
