Bom, vamos lá:

Eu verifiquei que o código que a Victoria forneceu está com uma media query de min-width 990px, o que só ira afetar quando a tela for maior que 990px, então, para afetar as demais telas, apenas troque 990px por 480px, que o código será aplicado para mobile também.

Saiba também que forneço alguns serviços particulares, como tenho bastante experiência com o Enfold, então, se tiver interesse, posso te enviar mais detalhes no seu email ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ).
