The codes provided by Rikard are very simple because our Advanced Layout Builder is a shortcode generator and all elements will result in a shortcode. With other words, any page developed with the Advanced layout builder will be shortcodes.

Now, about your second question, you`ll need to hire a freelance to accomplish these modifications.
