    Hi, thanks for the info!
But unfortunately it has the consequence that many backgrounds become colored. Now we have solved this differently (via the theme color and theme color highlighting)

    Hello Rikard,

in a slide show I can set the button color under “Content” there “extended” there under “Link settings”. There you can select “theme subtle color”.
And I would like to be able to set the color somewhere.

    See screenshot > private content

    Hello Mike,
thanks for your reply and sorry for only responding now.

    1) Yes, we had previously used the WP Fastest Cache plugin. I’ll try it out again in a few days.

    2) Blog settings: When I do it this way, exactly what we don’t want happens. If you click on a blog category, all articles with full text appear one below the other. See in your demo: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/category/personal/

This is not how it should be, but like this: https://sii-talents.de/category/buecher/

    3) I don’t know which plugin this should be. Can I simply delete it in the custom CSS?

to 4) If I do that, ALL buttons are in the selected colors. But only one button should have the “color 1” or “theme subtle color”, which I want to select independently of the “main color > font color for links, text initials and other elements”.
Where is the theme sub-style color generally set? I have never seen this anywhere in all my years of using Enfold.

    Best regards,
    Susanne

    Hi Ismael,
okay, thanks a lot!. This is how it works now.

    Many greetings

in reply to: alphabetical sorting of posts #1414310

    Hi @Ismael again,

I have to correct myself. Unfortunately it doesn’t work like that, because then all magazine styles are sorted by date and that can’t be changed.

Alternatively I could use the content element “blog posts” for glossary? Then I would need the functions code for this.

Or I create portfolios, but then I’d have to somehow ex- and port lots of drafted blog articles as portfolio posts. I wonder if that would work?

    Many greetings
    Susanne

    Hi Ismael,

thanks for the info – it works!
However … I forgot to ask something else. The glossary should be displayed in two columns, because it is so naturally very wide on large screens. Is that possible somehow?

    many greetings
    Susanne

in reply to: bullet lists – default color and default decoration #1377798

    Hey Rikard,
unfortunately this does not work; they are still colored.
Alternatively, would it be possible to assign the enumerations to h6, for example?

    best regards,
    Susanne

in reply to: list color #1368687

    I have worded this incorrectly:
The font color for links in bullets / lists should not be the same as set in Enfold.
Main color – font color for links, text initials and other elements is pink in this case, but in lists it should be white.

in reply to: Fonts not from Enfold-Theme used #1366690

    Hi,
yey, i want to use Open Sans for all of your fonts.
Font Monaco is not installed – i cant see that in the enfold Custom Font Manager
But the Monoca font must have been there for a while, because it is used on pages of several plugins.
It must generally be gone – only where???
Do you have an idea how I can search for it in the backend?

    best regards,
    Susanne

in reply to: Fonts not from Enfold-Theme used #1366548

    Hi @Mike,
    thank you!
Basically, however, this is already strange. Because in the enfold backend the fonts are also wrong – sometimes, not ever. Even the Enfold font preview. see example screenshot.
    many greetings

    Hi,

yes, that works :-) Thank you!

The same problem still exists now with the MEC event plugin … more precisely in the checkout of it. Can you help me here too? There the problem exists only when it is selected that the theme fonts should be used instead of Google fonts.

    best regards

in reply to: Fonts not from Enfold-Theme used #1366239

    Good morning to you!

Yes, exactly I mean the Mail-Poet font. However, recently there is the same problem on pages with other plugins. Look: https://sii-kids.de/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-705.jpg

In Enfold, Open-Sans has been set for ages!

That’s exactly the problem: the correct font is set there, but in some places it is ignored and another one is simply taken.

I have this problem on more websites, including client websites. That means it’s no use if you set it on our club website and I don’t know how you did it. Because it must be done x times….

    best regards

    Hallo@guenni007 und @Rikard,

    besten Dank!
Aber wo füge ich das Script ein? In die functions.css? Und wie stelle ich nochmal ein, dass in dem Enfold WP-Backend die CSS-Dateien überhaupt im WP-Menü angezeigt werden?

    Hello@guenni007 and @Rikard,

    thanks a lot!
But where do I insert the script? In the functions.css? And how do I set again that in the Enfold WP backend the CSS files are shown in the WP menu at all?

    Viele Grüße / Many greetings

in reply to: category blog article styling #1339528

    Hey Ismael,
how elaborate … I can’t do that on all websites, because not everywhere has a theme child installed.

I have now alternatively solved it simply like this:
I did not select a page for the blog in the theme basic settings and took grid layout as blog style.

    Then it fits visually.
Are there any concerns about this on your part?

    best regards
    Susanne

in reply to: load more button doesn´t work after update #1338045

    Hi,
    Useful idea for all concerned?
I have solved the problem now transitionally differently: In the Masonry settings, under “Style” > “Pagination” > I switched from “more loading button” to “show page numbering”.
You can usually live with this just as well and it’s much easier than going back an enfold version.
    Example: our non-profit-association blog: https://sii-kids.de/blog/

    many greetings
    Susanne

in reply to: load more button doesn´t work after update #1337653

    Hi @Rikard

I have the same problem. How do I reset the enfold version – uninstall and reinstall? I would have to do this on a few more sites now …. not funny.

    best regards,
    Susanne

    Hi Rikard,

okay the H1 setting on the slider I found and changed.

But what do you mean with the second one? With @media only …
Where did you get that from and where can that be changed?

    Best regards
    Susanne

in reply to: portefolio selection for menü #1335696

    Oh, thank you.
Now I’ve been using enfold theme for so long and didn’t know that. I had not “on the note” that I can activate the screen elements.
    Almost embarrassing …

in reply to: enfold token for updates #1325741

    Hi,
yes, the last problem was probably caused by the browser.
In the other browser I could make the settings,

    thanks and best regards
    Susanne

in reply to: enfold token for updates #1325674

Crazy! Now I was able to update via the other token though (it’s now 4.8.6.5)
But: The settings page for privacy and cookies has remained old and I am not possible, for example, to set up a third button for the privacy window.
I had already sent access data. Can you have a look what’s going on there?

in reply to: enfold token for updates #1325673

    Hi Yigit,
Yes, I did everything as usual (I even created a second tolen at the same time, which works on the 2nd website as well). By the way, I never install the Envato plugin otherwise. So far it worked without.
To solve the problem, I have now simply used the token from another website of mine …

    many greetings

    Hello @guenni007 and @Rikard,
I’m afraid this is beyond my capabilities…. I am a conceptual designer and a designer, but not a programmer. Could you help? The young people I support would like to become the best online student newspaper in Germany again… (I supervise them non-profit)
    See: erkant.de

    Hello Mike,
I just exported the child theme settings and imported them into the main theme and then activated the main theme.

    in reply to: CSS #1302171

    Hi Nikko,
    Thank you for that!
But: I need this similar now also for the start page / home (page-id 74) .
But ONLY the headlines of the WCFM store titles must be smaller (instead of H2 just H3) and not all titles. With the last CSS code all titles on the page will be smaller … I need another one.
Please tell me how to change ONLY the WCFM store title font size.
    Thanks and greetings

in reply to: slideshow size and fonts #1300181

    Hi again,

I have tried various things, but I am really dissatisfied …

When I use a video in the slideshow, the height does not work on smartphones (as already discussed).
Also, the headline gets really small on smartphones – that’s also really dumb and needs to be changed.

Alternatively, I have now tried a full screen slider (see here), but it causes other problems. It is not responsive, see screenshot (on smartphones it is even worse).
Good thing is: on the fullscreen slider the headline stays big on smartphones (so it has to be on the slideshow too)

Please tell me how these problems can be solved!

    Many greetings
    Susanne
