Hi Mike,
Did you check with the team to see if they can help with this issue?
It’s definitely not working on mobile and I seem to have tried everything that I know to fix it.
Thanks
JoeHi Mike
Yes that’s right, I’ve tried it on 3 iPhones and cleared cache on all of them. (iPhone 8 and iPhone 5SE)
Did you see the screenshot I attached to show the issue?
Is there anything else that can be tried?
Thanks
JoeHi Mike,
Thanks sending the css over which I inserted.
It works to an extent but on various browsers on my mobile the gallery is still being cropped. Does it look ok at your end?
Thanks
Hi Nikko,
Yes that seems to have worked by doing that.
Does that mean I can’t use Yoast to do any future SEO work?
Thanks

You’re right, deactivating the plugin fixed the issue.
Thanks
JoeGreat that worked thank you :)

Apologies, it might have been a glitch on the computer I was viewing it on.
It all seems to be ok now.
Thanks
JoeThank you – that did it :-)
Hi Rikard,
That worked perfectly, thank you!
Joe
Hi Mike,
No need, that’s fantastic and best practice.
The css worked.
Thanks very much for your help.Hi Mike,
That’s great thank you, it’s worked :)
Just another thing though, I have a similar instance on this page (see private info)… I thought the css code you gave me would work on all cases of the button. Is some new code needed or should it work?
Thanks
JoeHi Mike,
I’ve reattached the file and sent the link for you.
Let me know if it doesn’t work?
Thanks
JoeThanks so much, that seems to have worked :-)
Hi Victoria,
As you can see from the attached screenshot the css code is pulling the images to the left and leaving a gap on the right, it’s not centralising the blog posts.
Also the More button has a large gap above it, I can’t close it up and I removed the blog categories using css code so it’s left a large gap.
Does that make sense?
I’ve attached a mock up in the Private box. Thanks
JoeThanks Jordan,
It’s worked in closing the gap but it’s pulled it all to the left, leaving a gap on the right?
Is there a fix to centralise it?
Thanks
JoeHi Jordan,
Apologies, I cleared the cache and also tried it in another browser and it’s working now. Perfect! :-)
Thanks again
JoeHi Ismeal,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’ve cut and pasted your text into the Quick Css Box and turned on the custom css class field.
Is there anything else I need to do? I’ve tried to add a class to the cell that I want to move up but it doesn’t seem to work, I may be doing something wrong or missing something?
Thanks
JoeHi Ismael,
Thanks for the reply!
I’ve turned on the custom css class field but are you able to help with the css code?
Thanks
JoeHi Vinay,
Thank you for getting back to me, unfortunately the css didn’t work on the navigation.
Thanks for the bookmark, I will keep it for future reference.
I have pasted the login link into the private box.My main issue in my previous message wasn’t answered, please see below:
The website now looks fine on desktop top browsers but on the mobile (home page) underneath the 4 icons and oven images there is a large gap under it and also the heading ‘Register FREE today and get 10% Off your first clean’ is jumping out of the box. I can send a screen shot if you need it but you can see it on the mobile.
Thank you.
JoePlease not the site about to go live so the new login link is below in the private window box.
Please can you let me know when you have finished so I can change the password.
Thanks
JoeHi Victoria,
Just checking if there is an update on this issue yet please?
It’s become quite urgent.
Thanks
JoeHi Victoria,
I have one more issue if you could possibly help me with it?

I think that may have been the issue, even though I had it set up, or so I thought.
I went in and removed some old cards and added a new back up card and it seems to work now. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me but it appears to be working now. It must have been a timing issue.
Best Regards

Much appreciated!Hi Ismael,
I cut and pasted the code in to the top of the css box but it didn’t seem to work.
I added it on to this website:I would also like to change the body copy to be the KG font also.
