I found the code in style.css, they had the homepage excluded with its ID. That took care of it with the new page too.
Thank you so much!
That was it, we can close this now. Thank you all for your help.
I am still having an issue with the colors though. The old logo was changing colors when scrolling, white text and star on dark background and black text and star on a white background. I am not sure how to adjust the settings to accomplish that. You can see what I mean at the production site which I am including in the private content. The production site has the transparency options turned off as well.
There is no separate text; those are on the logo image. But turning the transparency logo on and off again did the trick somehow. It is showing the new logo now. Thank you!
Yes, that is the new file. The new one says “Families” in the text line, but I still see the old file showing “Spouses”.
Thank you for the quick response. File compression was already turned off, and the theme is not detecting any optimizer or cache plugins but we have Page Speed Boost by WP Engine installed. I did a cache purge on that one and also cleared my local browser cache, it didn’t help.

I found a workaround by using an iframe in a code block. But if you could tell me why the theme’s other tools are not working, that would be great.
Thank you for the quick response!
I made a test page because I don’t want to break the site, the link is below. I use the layout builder both with the video element and embedded in a text box. I tried the [embed] before too, but it is not working either.
April 26, 2022 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Editing pages with embedded code blocks, spinning wheel of death #1349591Hello,
Thank you, the debugger solution actually works to revive the pages and I was able to make the shortcode work through functions.php as well.
Best,

April 26, 2022 at 1:45 pm in reply to: Editing pages with embedded code blocks, spinning wheel of death #1349535I can try to use shortcodes instead of using the JS code, but right now I can’t edit any of those pages because the spinning wheel never goes away and I can’t even click in the editor area. How do you suggest we solve that problem? This seems to happen only with code blocks containing javascript.

Hi,
I created a user with the credentials above. Could you please try one more time?
Hi Mike,
I whitelisted your IP. Please try again.
Thank you!
Thanks for the additional info. I’ll be waiting for the moderators to contact me.
Hi, give me your IP address or range and I can whitelist you. I see 185.254.141.80 from Austria, was that you?
In the meantime we upgraded to the newest version of everything but this is still not working. The links attached to the Governing Board pictures on the page linked below are all set up to open in a new window and they don’t. Could you please let us know what you are planning to do to address our problem?
I will see if the new API key will fix the issue. Thank you!
When I check from “Theme Updates”, I cannot retrieve any. It tells me it is up-to-date.
Can you please reply to this. According to you, this should work, but it does not. All links on the site open in the same tab, no matter what is configured. This applies to links on images and other links. Thank you.
