Ok, I’ve targeted each using .grid-loop-1, .gird-loop-2 etc. Is there a way to alter the transparency of the overlay? I’ve set the background to ‘gray’ the words are white – but not solid white, any chance I can change the transparency of the words and/or background independently?
I’d still like to have a more traditional fade in transition effect rather than a swirl type of effect (which it is currently).
I may have almost sorted a reasonable solution – I only need to figure out how to target each grid image…
Sure thing…
Thanks Rikard – all sorted now,
JasonOh, sorry – one last thing, I need to increase the height of the header on mobile – in order for the phone number to sit below the logo.
Actually – I’ve found it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/switching-to-mobile-menu-on-higher-resolutions/
Thanks again!Brilliant, I’m almost there.
I just need to target tablet in landscape (could you give me the media query you guys use)?
Along with that, I need to use the mobile menu on tablet – portrait & landscape, which I’m guessing you get asked about quite often.
Any chance you could point me in the direction of that info?
Then I’ll be sorted – thanks so much for your help with this.
JasBrilliant – thank you :)

All sorted now.
JasOk, I’ve done a little digging & it seems the issue I’m having is a know one with this plugin;
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/can-not-add-or-arrange-menu-items-with-plugin-active?replies=5Hi Ismael,
Thanks for that – looks good, but either the plugin doesn’t work with the latest version of WP or there seems to be a conflict with an existing plugin as I’m unable to add anything to the menu when that plugin is activated.
JS related probably, the drop-downs (links etc) don’t drop-down within Menu’s in the Dashboard.
I’d prefer to add this functionality with a code snippet (as opposed to plugin – if possible) it looks like we are pretty close to this, so even though the plugin would have been a nice simple/quick solution – it doesn’t look like its going to do the trick in my case.
Can you still help with that code?
Thanks,
JasonThanks Yigit,
That has sorted it, many, many thanks!

/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?action=edit&taxonomy=portfolio_entries&tag_ID=81&post_type=portfolio
Should I be including the ID somewhere in that code?
The slug is ‘south-canterbury-past-issues’ which I’m guessing is not what I should be using in this instance?- This reply was modified 9 years, 9 months ago by Jason.
Hi Elliott,
I tried this piece of code (based on your advice) but no joy.
'menu' => ( is_post_type_archive('south-canterbury-portfolio') ? 'south canterbury' : null ),
What am I missing?

Hi Yigit,
The page’s code works, but there must be something up with my portfolio category code (I end up with a bank screen).
Any ideas?

This reply has been marked as private.My apologies Josue, I should have looked at this first, but the theme update didn’t notify me so I didn’t investigate.
Thanks,

Yes, that does the trick. Is there a way I can tell IE9 to display the site the ‘right’ way at all?
Rather than expect a visitor to know to click the compatibility mode icon…
