Hi Victoria,
The issue is that the Childtheme’s layout is differen than it’s suposed to be, eventhough the settings are exactly the same as the parent’s in Enfold Styling options. I’ve taken screenshots and added comments in blue. You can find them in private content.
I’ve got the exact same issue on another Enfold website I’m running. I’ve reactivated the parent theme meanwhile.

It’s done.

I do not know how to check the php version.
About the Child theme activation, could you guys do it? You’ve already gotten the login credentials. I cannot risk having my client notice the broken layout of the child theme, even if it’s for a second.

I’ve replied in private. Thank you.
July 5, 2018 at 12:25 pm in reply to: Enfold Child Theme Header colour change on specific page #981555I’ve been experiencing a similar issue in the Child Theme this week. Colours of buttons and some background colours are different than in the Child Theme Styling options.
Hi,
Unfortunately this did not work. But I guess the solution is something similar to this…
I added the log-in data privately. Anyone wants to take a closer look?To be clear: I want ‘Facebook’ only in the mobile navigation in the burger menu. (only visible when u open the burger menu on mobile )
Thanks guys!

Unfortunately I dont know how to do that… :(
EDIT: I used PNG’s inline. I’m quite happy with the result.Thanks for the help, Jordan. But this seems rather a sloppy/unresponsive solution, don’t you think?
I think we can do better if we put our minds together :p…Hi Mike,
Seems like the website was down for a couple of minutes. Should be fixed now.
Also I used the following code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .title_container .main-title { font-size: 20px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 10px; } }
I’m happy with the result now. I guess this is okay too? Please let me know if my method is unclean. I’d like to learn ;).
Now all that needs fixing is footer :D
Hi there,
Thanks for helping me out! I managed to fix some things on my own or with your help. However 2 + 5 still need fixing. The solutions you provided are not what I’m looking for. Let me explain:
2. When mobile screens are not wide enough the breadcrumb title becomes 2 lines. The space between these 2 lines is too big. So again, I’m talking about the vertical space between 2 lines. You don’t need to translate the content of my breadcrumbs hehehehe. I’m sure this could be fixed with some simple CSS changes.
See screenshot in post#1
5. There’s some unwanted whitespace under my footer. I know it’s because of the sidebar, but removing my sidebar is not the solution I’m looking for :D! Isn’t there something else we can do? It’s clearly a bug with the new footerpossibilties, I guess?
Footer as page = bug ( whitespace under footer on blogpages )
Default footer with colums = no bugThanks again for helping me ;)! We’re almost there.
I fixed it now.
#top #header_main {
background: #FFF!important;
}Topic can be closed.
It’s the default ( VERY subtle ) transparency. If you look closely, you’ll see it’s still there.
To be clear: Im talking about the white bar that contains the logo & navigation. It’s white and becomes 90% white on scroll.So, nope, not fixed ^^.
I tried this, but the icons dont become a full circle. Could you maybe take a look please?
I used the CSS above in my Quick CSS.
Hi guys,
Thanks for the help! To be honest I don’t know what the best solution is. All that I know is that the empty ‘topbar’ is taking up unnecessary space on my iPhone. But I guess the solution I’m looking for is for all devices with a small screen…?
Anyways, thanks again!
The 1st solution did the trick.

Everything you said seemed to work, so thanks a lot for helping me out!
However, now I have this one last issue. The good news is, that it’s an easy fix.Could you help me out with this last thing, please?
As you can see on the screenshots, I end up with a green text and green background when hovering over the active page in the navigation. I’d like the text of the active page to turn white when I hover. Would that be possible?
If you dont understand what I mean, then just open the navigation. It’s pretty self-explanatory, but my English isn’t that good.
Thanks guys!

Thanks for the help! I really appreciate it. But I think we’re not talking about the same things so before we continue I should clarify what it is I want.
1. MASONRY-BLOG on homepage.
Each article has a green overlay at the bottom. I’d like to have the background of the overlay of the 2nd article to be black ( like it is now ). So again, the middle article needs to have a black overlay.
I found a solution, but I know 100% sure that I’m doing this incorrectly.2. Partner element hidden on mobile leaves a blank space in Chrome ( desktop and iphone )
https://imgur.com/a/0WuwQ3. The active item did not change color after I added your suggestion to the Quick CSS. Please look at the screens:
4. ‘Read more’ button under each article – https://mb.salesatsize.com/nieuws/
When you hover over the green buttons, the text changes to green. I can’t find the correct selector to change this.Do you need any credentials, perhaps?
