HI I’ve updated the theme successfully and now my layerslider home page slide does not work, please can you advise
Hi RIkard I have back ups. Where do I find my FTP log in details? Also I cam across thsi thread. Should I follow the advice to contact my server provider?

Thank you Rikard I followed all the instructions. The upload wet to 100% then said the link expired and it hasn’t updated. I don’t know how to delete the whole theme folder and replace it with the new one. please can you advise
Hi Ismael, thanks for doing this change back in January. It worked fine until I changed the video today. Could you edit it ot go back to how it was? i.e with the video below the two right hand image widgets and the 20 years logo below the video?
We use widgets for those particular images as we use them across the website and so they update across the whole site when we change the dates of our next visit mornings.each month.

Hi Jordan thanks for the reply. It has made it the right size but it has compressed the image up and ‘warped it’ as such. Is there any way around that?

Hi Rikard that works great for tablets at 1024 x 768 and under thanks.
Do you also have a solution for mobile also. John gave some advice i(see higher up this thread) but it also reduced the height of the easyslider I use for images on the main body of the webpage so that only half the image was visible. I use easyslider extensively throughout the site in this way.

HI Nikko I’ve added that code to the functions php.
I’ve tested it in Facebook pixel helper and get the following error. Any advice?
The Facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to Facebook.
Facebook’s further advice is
Pixel Did Not Load
This error means that the Pixel Helper found what looks to be Facebook pixel code on your site, but the actual HTTP call was never made.
This could typically due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event (e.g. on a button click).
In that case, the error will disappear upon clicking on the button.
HI Rikard no I didn’t mean that area (I have just removed that code). I meant in my News Tabs it says “Wet-on-Wet Painting in Kindergarten
– The beautiful colours and shapes of wet-on-wet painting are a distinctive feature of Steiner education which always catch more>>” showing the code >> after the words ‘more’Could you advise on that?

Okay thanks Nikki. I checked facebook to see what was going on and it’s actually returning the raw pixel fires from pages at https://kriesi.at/support/ I’mt not sure why it’s doing that?
So I copied the code as you suggested in the php file and it did not work, but instead showed up as code below the footer on my site. Any suggestions?

HI Nikko I was just about to add this then I noticed in Facebook that the pixel code had been installed 8 hours ago and was working, Had you been kind enough to go ahead an install it for me?

I don’t mind if the solution is to have no slide in text in the header on mobile only.
Also by testing on screenfly I can see this is also a problem in desktop and tablet at 1024 x 768 and under
