Works ! Thanks.
Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
If you look at the screenshot you added its not loaded at the top. Try scrolling dow a few pixels with your mouse ad you will see the parallax load properly (loo at the top of the parallax, you see its grey?)
I don’t think its a cache issue because I even tested with Chrome Incognito not to use any cache whatsoever.
I’ve attached the screenshots to show you before and after. I also discovered other pages that do the same, I will put links at the bottom where it is more evident.
I use chrome 41.0.2272.76 on Max OS X 10.10.3
I discovered these links as well with same problem on parallax:

This reply has been marked as private.Nada. It works when you reload the page but then suddenly when the browser stops loading it goes out of shape and adds a white band above. As before, if you resize the browser width even just one mm it resizes properly.
The link above is still correct to see the effect of the function and removed css as requested.
Thanks.
Thats what I thought when I was running 3.0.6 so I updated to 8 but nada.
Anyway, the css solution above doesn’t work. Playing with section_4 I set -65% which is ok, but then discovered the resolution of the screen needs to be 800 max in height, so not a solution.
Take a look here.
On the home page near the bottom.
PS I am having other trouble with inserting html in text blocks too. Before I post I wonder if the two issues are related.
- This reply was modified 9 years, 9 months ago by jenki. Reason: Word url of website where the problem is. Corrected it
Correction:
this solves the problem in the opposite fashion: now when the page loads it works, BUT if I resize the width it moves UP and leaves a white space on the bottom.
Basically the exact opposite.
Thanks for any solution! I’m sure its just teaking the css code I wrote above.
Just an update:
Using this css fixes the problem temporarily:
.home div#av_section_1 .av-parallax {
top: -50% !important;
}.home div#av_section_2 .av-parallax {
top: -75% !important;
}.home div#av_section_4 .av-parallax {
top: -85% !important;
}Works!
Weird, for some reason stuff builds up and suddenly fonts disappear. But clearing cache fixes everything.
thanks
Ismael, thanks for the quick reply. I added the lines to the htaccess (and even tested the other version on the link you added) and nothing happened.
I don’t think its an htaccess issue honestly.
Hi Josue,
this issue now has become important because it seems to be the last issue left on the site before going ‘live’
Have you come to a reason why the video on ipad is playing back extremely small rather than full width like on the pc browser?
Thanks
Josue,
you can quickly test it on a ipad. However, the solution did not work.
If you have another way of adding the video properly with Enfold let me know, I don’t need to use the <video> if you have a better solution
I see. A THIN blue line around the box. Why not put a nice “private” tag on it :)
How do I know if the message I posted is private or not? They all look the same front end.
This reply has been marked as private.This Is The video from the homepage:
tried disabling plugins, and then did some tests on the actual text inside the widgets. The footer column 3 had some funky floats that I suppose pushed the image away.
Anyway, fixed it.

Thanks.This reply has been marked as private.Added a few extra !important but works perfectly. Thanks. Actually, I can use it to solve some other small details for iphone too now.
VVV: this code is specific for my page it won’t work in yours. It uses classes for belong to elements I added to my own blocks.
Yigit, sorry to be a pain in the a$s, but last night I ended up redesigning the frontpage section that wasn’t working and I got rid of the slider and just used textblocks inside a color section with video background.
However, same problem: the two text blocks don’t resize and the button last doesn’t resize. Can you please take a look? (PS I promise not to change design because obviously same problem :)
Tnx
Ok figured it out.
If anyone wants to know:
Instead of using the [video] tag as suggested in the posts, use the html5 <video> tag. This remains intact (visual editor does not change it) and the divs and poster images are properly formatted.
Cheers.

July 13, 2014 at 7:01 pm in reply to: Major problem: text blocks empty (correct content in visual editor however) #290808Perfect. Thanks. So basically any error in HTML will result in a “blocked” page. Good to know if I have problems in the future, I’ll check out the debug window.
July 11, 2014 at 3:57 am in reply to: Major problem: text blocks empty (correct content in visual editor however) #289884Done. Upgraded to version 2.9.1 which doesn’t solve the problem. Cloned page for you to debug:
IL CORSO – Bugs (slug: /enfold)
Let me know, thanks
July 11, 2014 at 3:25 am in reply to: Major problem: text blocks empty (correct content in visual editor however) #289882Hi Josue, you couldn’t reproduce it because I could no longer wait for you to check – the site needs to be finished.
For anyone interest that has the same problem:
To solve the problem I used an older revision of the article and this solved the issue, but the problem remains as it is the second time it happens on two different pages.
If you are interested is seeing the problem I can create of copy of the page and give you the link so you can take a look while we go ahead with the site.
PS I mentioned the upgrade in the post (see above) and this happened before the upgrade was available. I can upgrade enfold if you want.

However, just to double check I deactivated the last 2-3 plugins but nothing changes.
Mmm. I think I know what you mean:
create the page and copy the shortcodes code into the fullscreen slider, and voila, done. I’ll give it a try.
Thanks Josue.
