    Ismael,
    I’m going to need a little more hand holding than that. Do I copy all of that into a text box on the page I want to add the sign up? Or just 1 line of it? And do I need to set up my CF7 Form in any particular way? I added a text box to my page I want this sign up form to be on. I pasted in your short code above & replaced the CF7 Form Here with the CF7 form short code from one of the CF7 forms I created with the fields “Name”, “Email”, “Subscribe”. This is what I got: http://goo.gl/0DIo83
    The submit/Subscribe still drops to the next line. I want everything all on the same row. So clearly something isn’t working.

    Bumping in hopes someone from support can help! Please advise!

    in reply to: Demo Import Question #550506

    Bummer. Well I vote the next update you make it possible to import the content without it overwriting current theme options instead it applies your current theme options to the demo content. I want the page templates to build from.

    in reply to: Fatal Error with Media Uploader for jpg #549914

    I spoke w/GoDaddy. We went rounds with it! Despite uploading via FTP site, I couldn’t see it in my WP Media Library. It’s as though it’s specific to this particular image. I could upload other jpg or pdf files with no issues. In the end, I was able to get it to work. Not sure what the issue was. Thanks!

    in reply to: Fatal Error with Media Uploader for jpg #549273

    Basilis,
    Thanks for the quick reply. I can contact them. Quick question though – wouldn’t that impact ALL files I’m trying to upload? I was able to upload a pdf with no issues. It’s just this one image that I’m having this error with.

    In response to the “I still don’t think it looks good.” As I’ve stated several times. I want the 2 columns to align center under the Special Heading. Your code just moved the left 1/2 column over. On my monitor it looked bad. By me adding 15% padding to each of the columns doesn’t really give me that. It’s close. Apparently there is no way to achieve a center alignment with two 1/2 column elements with the Enfold theme.

    in reply to: Center Icon List in Color Section #541125

    So what you’re saying is there is no way to center elements to the Special Heading? I tried the above CSS and it looked weird because you moved the first 1/2 element over by 15%. The other 1/2 element didn’t adjust. So it’s not really centered. I just edited the column settings and applied 15% padding to the left on each 1/2 element. I still don’t think it looks good but if you don’t have any other methods to apply centering, it will have to do.

    in reply to: Center Icon List in Color Section #539099

    They are similar because I’m trying to apply the same look to my page. ;)

    I did try the 1/4 element but then it squishes the content and makes them drop to another line. I also tried applying some padding to the columns but that didn’t work either. That or I’m not applying it correctly. Any other suggestions?

    in reply to: How can I add more options to my icon list? #538408

    Disregard! I figured it out!

    Recap: Trying to position both icon columns so that they are centered under the Special Heading just like the inspiration page.

    BTW, the 403 concerns me. Is this on our site http://www.onesourcebackground.com? If so, do you know how I can fix this so Kriesi can view my site?

    in reply to: Contact Form 7 Issues #511544

    I’m kind of afraid of switching my themes. My site is live and we have clients that need to access certain areas of our site. Would switching impact anything? I could try this over a weekend perhaps.

    in reply to: Contact Form 7 Issues #510894

    Andy, I am not IT but I assume it would be your IP address. When the hack happened, they believe it came from an IP address from Asia. I have no idea how you can tell. From there, they made an executive decision to block all international servers or IPs. Again, not sure if I’m correct on the terminology. I have a message into our vendor who changed our security settings.

    in reply to: Button in "Header Phone Number/Extra Info" #510319

    @Rikard – You’re the bomb!! Thank you!! So that I don’t have to keep bothering you guys with this, is there a way to copy all this information down. Should I paste it in Notepad+? Wish I knew code like you guys!!

    in reply to: Contact Form 7 Issues #510177

    We are in the US. Our CEO was recently a victim of a hack and so we just beefed up our security. Because the hack came from an IP in China, they decided to block anything outside of the US. We would be happy to whitelist anyone with Kriesi support as if we need help with the theme, etc., it would be nice if you could access our site. We would just need to know what those are.

    I have reached out to both CF7 support and GoDaddy. Since CF7 is a free plugin, they don’t have to help you. It’s kind of a waiting game. GoDaddy claims that the SSL should not effect the forms.

    The reason I’m reaching out to Kriesi is because one of the moderators helped me with the format so that it looked more like the theme contact form. So they went in and applied some class html. Thought I’d come back to Kreisi with this to see if the forms that aren’t working is because of some of this class html got messed up, etc.

    I had someone outside our company try to load it and loaded fine for him too.

    in reply to: Contact Form 7 Issues #509229

    We recently upgraded our firewall. We are blocking international servers. Could this be the cause? If so, let me know and we can white list your IPs

    in reply to: Contact Form 7 Issues #509102

    Not that I’m aware of. How would I check?

    in reply to: Button in "Header Phone Number/Extra Info" #509101

    @Rikard I tried the CSS code you supplied but I don’t like the look. It basically squished the button and the text went to 2 lines vs. 1 line. I’d prefer 1 line. I already have some CSS you guys supplied me for this exact thing. Here’s what’s currently in my Quick CSS box:
    .single .post-entry .wp-post-image {
    width: 100%;
    }

    ::selection {
    background-color: #8f8f8f;
    color: #ffffff;
    }

    .wpcf7-response-output {
    clear: both;
    }

    .tab_titles .tab { font-size: 15px !important; }

    .phone-info p { font-size: 16px; float: left; margin-right: 15px; }
    #header_meta .social_bookmarks {
    top: 10px;
    position: relative;
    }
    .html_header_top.html_header_topbar_active.html_header_sticky.html_large #top #main {
    padding-top: 171px;
    }

    I need help again with this. I had to change the behavior of the button to open the link to a new window vs. same window. When I did this. It jacked up the code you guys inserted so now the button is underneath the phone number again. I want it to read horizontally
    “Call Today: 800.608.3645 [Client Login]”

    Under Theme Options/Header/Phone Number or small info text:
    <p>Call Today: 800.608.3645</p> [av_button label='Client Login' link='manually,https://www08.8f7.com/4DACTION/WebShowMenu' link_target='_blank' size='small' position='center' icon_select='no' icon='ue800' font='entypo-fontello' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff']

    I did not change anything within the Quick CSS box
    Can we fix this, please?
    And any chance you could provide the code here so should I jack it up again, I have it to paste in there? I also enclosed login info below.

    Thank you! Thank you!

    Thank you! What about the Avia Debug code? It’s not there anymore. Do I add it directly from Editor or do I need to add it from the FTP?

    in reply to: Need to know where to paste beacon tracking code from 3rd party #504423

    @Basilis I DID work in the child theme. I did not touch the parent theme! Details are in private section for FTP login. Any chance someone could help add the beacon information to the functions.php file so it’s done correctly? Documentation was posted earlier & my company beacon code is listed in the private section. Apparently, I’m inept and can’t follow their directions. Thanks!!!

    So I added the Act-On Beacon tracking code to the Google Analytics box below my Google Analytics code. I don’t think that is working so I tried to add it to my theme’s functions.php file per the documentation. In the documentation it says you can add it via the Admin Editor – which I assumed from the WordPress Dashboard. Of course it has ALL these warnings not to do it to the live site, etc. Well I tried to add it below all the other code in the file. Immediately, I got a error and the site was broken. UGH!!! Fortunately, I did copy the original code onto Windows Notepad. Then I tried to correct the file by accessing the functions.php file via FileZilla. I tried to copy the original code that I pasted into Notepad over and save over the functions.php file. Still nothing – site is still broken. So I called GoDaddy. I was advised to save the functions.php file to functions.php.bak. That seemed to work and my site is back up. However, now I don’t have a functions.php file in my child theme under WordPress Dashboard/Appearance/Editor.

    Do I need a functions.php file in my child theme? If so, how do I get this back correctly? Can someone please help?

    in reply to: Can't get images to display with Masonry Blog, etc. #496443

    @Ismael – Does that mean the image in that thread is from a previous version of the theme?

    in reply to: Can't get images to display with Masonry Blog, etc. #495888

    Thanks! What about the last item? Is there a reason I’m not getting more options in the magic wand drop down?
    “And in researching all this, I came across this on a different thread:

    http://goo.gl/n2OALG

    When I am in a text block and click on the magic wand I don’t get all these options. According WP, my theme is up to date. I also noticed that my Avia Slider is saying it’s not up to date but all your support answers suggest it would update with a theme update. So in theory my theme should be up to date. Thoughts? It would appear my theme is NOT up to date despite what WP is telling me.
    Here’s what I see:

    There should be one under the “Real Time Court Records vs. Database Records” section since it’s pretty long.
