What css would I need for a specific Icon Box element to apply the following:
1. Decrease size of both Icon and Title.
2. Title to be sentence case. NOT all caps.
3. Center the Icon & Title inside a Layout Element.Is it possible to modify all this?
P.S. I supplied the login for my previous request for the offset issue.
Thanks!
@Ismael,
Bad news! My supervisor forwarded my page onto our vendor who is responsible for that login url I’m trying to iframe. I was told that after this weekend they will be updating the code and security (due to a penetration test done) so it won’t support iframes. You guys write code. Is that possible?@Ismael: I learned that the login (https://www08.8f7.com/4DACTION/WebShowMenu) looks different depending on the browser being used. I used Chrome but my coworkers use Firefox. This is what I sent to my manager:
I checked this on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I wasn’t aware of the differences the browsers make to the original link. When you click the current Client Login button in Chrome it opens up www08.8f7.com/4DACTION/WebShowMenu in a new tab and it’s a blank white page with the login. If you click Cancel in Chrome, 3 framed boxes appear in the upper left corner on a white page. If you click the Client Login button in Firefox or Safari, it opens on the current page you are on from our website. If you click Cancel in Firefox and Safari, it opens a blank white screen. All of them shows www08.8f7.com/4DACTION/WebShowMenu in the address bar.
By iframing the url onto one of my pages, I was hoping to give it some branding. We get clients who have login issues so it would be nice to offer some assistance, etc. That’s what I was hoping to do initially. But when the Client Login button was clicked on this newly created page, the logged in user dashboard opened up in a tiny container on the same page. Not ideal. I did not try your suggestion because you suggest changing Header Extra Elements. I plan to modify the button link in the Header Extra Elements once this Client Login page once we’re ready to share with clients. I am hoping to link to this page (www.onesourcebackground.com/client-login) in the Header Extra Elements
I have since modified the page with the code I mentioned above:
<iframe src="https://www08.8f7.com/4DACTION/WebShowMenu" onload="this.width=screen.width;this.height=screen.height;">
But it knocked out all the other elements INCLUDING the footer see Screenshot which I would like back. I’d prefer to add other elements which could be at the very bottom of the page – I just don’t know what changes to the code I’d need to make. At the very least, the login is now branded with the our website header and those logged in, could navigate to other pages on our site.Let me know if you have any ideas about getting Enfold elements to show up on this page. Thanks!

Thanks!!! That was the fastest turnaround. Isn’t it quitting time for you guys?
Take a look at this: http://goo.gl/nBkPou
We are so close!!! Is there a way to fix how it’s offset? It doesn’t line up with the text. Also, is there anyway to remove the dashed line behind them?Info provided. LMK if you have any issues logging in.
Is lightbox the only option? If I wanted it to open in a smaller window I could just apply width and height and scroll bars, etc. Ideally, I’d prefer the window to be full browser size. That is why I was asking if there was a way to open in a new tab.
I did some more digging on Google and came across this code:
<iframe src="https://www08.8f7.com/4DACTION/WebShowMenu" onload="this.width=screen.width;this.height=screen.height;">
After log in (use log in information from previous post to see client dashboard), the frame/container is much better. At least it’s not tiny. However, all the other Enfold elements on the page disappeared. Including the footer. So for the time being, I just removed all the other elements so it’s just the Code Block element with the above code.
Now I will say this it’s a huge improvement to the current login which has no branding what so ever:
At least clients see they are still on the One Source website and they can navigate to other areas of our website. And testing indicates functionality is the same after a client is logged in.
Do you know why the code would remove the footer? Is there any modifications I could apply to the code to allow the footer and other elements to show up on the page?
Thanks!
@Vinnie,
I modified the link but it didn’t do anything. Perhaps I didn’t do it correctly. I included a login in case you want to take a look at the actual page. See below. Thanks so much for your help!!@Rickard I don’t think you need login information for this. However, I supplied a temporary one below. Again I just need the code, jquery and/or CSS that will open a logged in user’s dashboard to appear in a new window or tab. I’m not sure if it’s even possible. I truly appreciate your help!
So I figured out a work around. You have to select Cancel on the login and then the window goes away and then all of the other links can be clicked.
But now I have a different issue which I’m sure is beyond your support but I would truly appreciate your tech help. When someone submits their login information, the window is super tiny with no scrolling. I don’t need the logged in user dashboard to display on this same page. Is there a script I can add that would trigger a new window with the logged in dashboard when someone hits the submit button aka, “Login”?
Ideally it should go from this:
And open to this in a new window or tab:

That CSS just took out ALL the thumbnail images. I like the image thumbnail for my Blog posts. I just think the empty squares for the Press Release posts look dumb. It looks like our company forgot to put an image in. See screenshot: http://goo.gl/wrFpc5Ideally, I’d prefer one of these to happen:
1. Remove the squares on just the Press Releases.
2. Replace with a static icon. Like a bullet or something from the fontello icons options.If none of these are possible, I will just put in a 200×200 image. I can’t have empty boxes. Please advise.
I reached out to Gravity Forms and they gave me this CSS:
http://codepen.io/rocketgenius/pen/fcfc837440b3d26aadf5ce218953a48f?editors=1100Unfortunately, this made the Submit button lower (vs higher) than the input fields. UGH! Thoughts?
And what about request #1. Is there a way to get my Submit button to be the same height? I’m fine if this is global for all Gravity Forms.
Bummer that did not work. I even played around with different px sizes but the button doesn’t budge. Any other ideas? Also, the button is really far from the input fields. I’d prefer all 3 of them to be the same distance apart.
Sorry about that. I keep forgetting to give you guys the Username. And yes, the .at should’ve been on the email. Must not have copied over. Try the new login info. Thanks!
@Yigit: “(page is currently a draft)” so you wouldn’t be able to see it.
And to answer your question, No.
I have provided the login details. Search for the page “Newsletter”. Again it is still a draft. Let me know if you have any issues logging in. Thanks!
I found the CSS. You can mark this as solved.
@Yigit
TIA = Thanks in Advance ;)
It’s a draft so I’m not sure I can share it publicly. I’ll be happy to give you login credentials. See below:I heard back from Gravity Forms support. They said the color is dependent on the browser being used. Does that sound correct? I thought maybe there would be some CSS I could apply to change it. If CSS won’t work because it’s dependent of the browser, then I guess it’s blue!
Any other examples? Is it possible to get a light box pop out where it displays the bio & icons with links. Is that an option in Enfold?
January 18, 2016 at 7:09 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #567317@Vinay – Thank you! Bummer about the input fields. But I’ll take what I can get!
I think you can close this ticket/thread!
January 18, 2016 at 4:31 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #567263@Vinay that’s exactly what I needed!! Thank you!
Not sure how you did it. Did you have to apply some css?
Is there anyway to get the labels “Your Name (required) and Your Email (required)” inside the boxes vs. on top?
Secondly, when entering information inside the box, is there anyway to get the text to be white as well? It’s currently showing black.BTW, nice profile pic! ;)
January 15, 2016 at 11:04 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #566342@Vinay Thank you! This looks really good but it doesn’t look like you are using a Contact Form 7 form. It looks like you used an Enfold Contact Form Element: http://goo.gl/WBvXc3
I’m asking for a Contact Form 7 form NOT an Enfold Contact Form. Contact Form 7 is one of the Plugins Kriesi recommends per the Recommended Plugins post under the Support Forum.
You can locate Contact Form 7 Forms on my WP dashboard here: http://goo.gl/ySibzM
Here’s a screen shot of the various forms I already have in Contact Form 7: http://goo.gl/HWNvcO
You will see that it creates a shortcode which can be placed on any page. This is what I need.A little further, and this screen shot shows inside one of the forms: http://goo.gl/G9ywRu
CF7 uses mail tags, classes, html, etc. which is way over my head. This is what I was hoping to get help with.Here’s an example of a page where I’m using a Contact Form 7 form. The shortcode is placed inside of a Text Box Element: http://goo.gl/9rxOnD
Here’s the live page: https://onesourcebackground.com/contact-us/If you are using a CF7 form, can you tell me which form you are using based on the “id=” from the shortcode? Because I do not see it.
Sorry for being such a bother. Please let me know if you have any questions.
January 14, 2016 at 4:37 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #565519@Vinay, I’m sorry. I guess I don’t understand what Act-On has to do with the formatting. Let’s forget about Act-On for a moment. I’m going back to my original question:
Can Contact Form 7 be formatted/coded so that it looks just like the Shop Demo Newsletter sign up?
When I looked through your Shop Demo sign up on my test page, I could NOT find anywhere in that code on the test page where you referenced a specific Contact Form 7 form ( example: [contact-form-7 id=”5711″ title=”Newsletter Sign Up_Simple_Kriesi”]). It looked like you just copied verbatim what was in your Demo which I assumed used the default Enfold Form element. Is this correct? I’m a novice when it comes to html/coding so maybe I missed something. If CF7 forms cannot be manipulated to look just like the Shop Demo signup, then I totally understand and I apologize for wasting your time.
January 13, 2016 at 5:24 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #564844Vinay,
I don’t understand your request. Act-On has nothing to do with the formatting. I have a CF7 form called Newsletter Sign Up_Simple_Kriesi. It’s “integrated” with an Act-On form. My request is to get CF7 Newsletter Sign Up_Simple_Kriesi form to look just like the Kriesi Shop Demo newsletter sign up. As for placing it on a test page, it’s on the draft called Newsletters. Kriesi Support is welcome to both of these. I got it all in line but the labels are on top in black text – not inside the input boxes, the boxes are outlined in a thin black line vs. the white like your form and the submit button is the default (red/opaque).Again just need the code, correct tags and/or CSS to get this CF7 form to look as much like the Kriesi Shop Demo newsletter sign up if at all possible.

January 12, 2016 at 8:35 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #564138@Vinay –
Act-On does integrate with Contact Form 7. It’s in their documentation. All of my CF7 forms are currently integrated with Act-On forms. I don’t need help with that. I am asking if there is a way to get a CF7 form to look EXACTLY like the Shop Demo Newsletter Sign Up form you show – all inline with submit/subscribe button on the same line. With fields styles showing outlined with white border, 0% fill box & field label inside the box. So when I add this CF7 form shortcode to color block with an image, it shows up just like your form. I have to assume it’s possible with the right code inside CF7 and/or CSS added to my Quick CSS box. Thanks!January 11, 2016 at 4:56 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #563326@Andy, I’ve already exhausted that route but all the code given still bumps the submit button to the next line, applies the labels to the top and not inside the fields and I can’t get the subscribe button to be clear like in the shop demo. Oddly enough, it often comes back to the theme so hence me reaching out to Kriesi. Especially since I’m requesting it to look very much like your shop demo newsletter sign up. BTW, Kriesi has been kind to help in the past with CF7 so I wouldn’t ask if I didn’t think you geniuses would help. Let me know if this is no longer the case!

January 7, 2016 at 4:57 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #561370Vinay,
Act-On integrates with CF7 forms NOT Enfold forms unfortunately. I wish they had a plugin for WordPress but they do not. Currently I have to create 2 forms: 1 in CF7 and a mirror form in Act-On. If you look at my other CF7 forms you will see under the tab in any CF7 form “Additional Settings” this is where I insert the code from Act-On & change the form ID. Each Act-On form has a unique ID.I really need a CF7 form created so that I can apply the updated form information under CF7 Additional Settings. Is it not possible to achieve the same look as the shop demo form with a CF7 form? I’ve scoured the interwebs in hopes of finding the correct CF7 instructions for setting this up but my Submit button always drops to the next line.
January 6, 2016 at 4:20 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #560593Vinay you’re awesome!!! That looks great! Looking at the page where you have the newsletter sign up, I don’t see a widget. I see a text box with all the debug code (I assume you copied and pasted this from the Shop Demo? Please correct me if I am wrong).
And I don’t see the Contact Form 7 form you created as a shortcode ([contact-form-7 id=”5691″ title=”Kriesi Code Simple Newsletter Sign up”]). How is it working exactly? I definitely need this to go through CF7 as we use Act-On for our marketing automation (similar to MailChimp).
Please advise.

January 5, 2016 at 4:25 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #560000Vinay to the rescue! Thank you!! I have a draft of a page titled Newsletters. I plan to display all our previously emailed newsletters and would like the newsletter sign up on this page to start. Once it’s been designed correctly – I may add it to other pages. Feel free to add different elements/media to make it look just like the Shop Demo newsletter sign up.
Truly appreciate this!! LMK if you need anything further from me to get started!
January 4, 2016 at 4:30 pm in reply to: Contact Form 7: 3 Fields, Same Row Like Enfold Shop Demo #559277This is so confusing!!!! The new code above doesn’t look right. How do I use your example above with the code you provided previously? In the new code, you aren’t using the same field names as the Kriesi Shop Demo newsletter sign up form. The Demo shows: NAME, EMAIL, SUBSCRIBE (aka submit button). Again, I want my newsletter sign up form to look EXACTLY like your Shop Demo newsletter sign up. Your code above you have “[text your-subject]”. The Demo uses “Subscribe”. You don’t even show a “Submit” in that code. So I’m not thinking this code will work.
Finally, the Demo form is on top of an image – where are the instructions for that? Is that a color block on the page I want this to show? Do I then place a text box in the color block and then paste the CF7 shortcode into that?
If you have time, I would really appreciate it if Support could just mock this up for me with the login info I provided. That way it’s done correctly. And we’re not going back and forth. I really need this ASAP.
Thanks!
