2nd issue. Why won’t my logo upload clear and crisp? My header logo on my traditional pages looks great but I’ve uploaded at least 4 different versions of png logos – all different dimensions to no avail. No matter how big it is upon upload, it still looks fuzzy on the page. Any tips/tricks? I have both photoshop and illustrator.
Never mind. It would help if I read through the instructions!
#fwcs .container { width: 100% !important; max-width: 100%; padding: 0; margin: 0; }
Will this shortcode from that documentation apply to all my Color Section elements? Or can I specify that this particular Color Section be maximum container width? If so what would the shortcode be? Color Section ID= totalcheck
@Yigit
Tried that. Form is still overlapping image despite plenty of room to the right.http://www.onesourcebackground.com
I went ahead and published the page: https://www.onesourcebackground.com/totalcheck_lp/
Again, not sure if it’s a column setting.Since your latest update, things are back to moving and grooving. You can close this ticket.
June 9, 2016 at 6:17 pm in reply to: Elements not showing when viewing site from WP Dashboard #645614@Basilis I reached out to the developer. They responded right away. However, since updating Enfold to 3.6.1 this morning, the plugin appears to be working correctly. I attempted to reproduce the problem after the plugin was activated – but fortunately, all Enfold elements are showing while logged into the WP Admin. Not sure if the update fixed the glitch? But I’m not complaining! ;)
June 8, 2016 at 8:08 pm in reply to: Elements not showing when viewing site from WP Dashboard #645033Found the culprit! We recently installed this Meet the Team plugin: http://codecanyon.net/item/modern-team-showcase-wordpress-plugin/12173695
I deactivated it and sure enough, the Special Heading Element and Button showed up on Home page while logged in.
Any suggestions on how to get this plugin to work with Enfold?
June 8, 2016 at 4:26 pm in reply to: Elements not showing when viewing site from WP Dashboard #644935After this was applied: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/anyone-else-having-issues-with-chrome/
I am still not able to view Special Headings, Text Boxes, Buttons, Gravity Forms while logged into WP Admin. Can someone please help ASAP? I really need to be able to view when pages are live or in preview to see if I like what I see.
This is happening across multiple browsers & both mac & pc as mentioned above which makes me think it has to be something within Enfold!
That did absolutely NOTHING.
Is there any other reason why I wouldn’t be able to view elements while logged into WP Admin? Again it’s happening across multiple browsers.
June 7, 2016 at 11:40 pm in reply to: Elements not showing when viewing site from WP Dashboard #644427Theme is now updated to 3.6.
Fortunately, no fatal errors! Unfortunately, did NOT solve my issue above.
I am logged into WP Admin. I am still not seeing elements that should be there! My home page should have a tagline and a button on top of a hero image. It does not when I am logged in. If I click Edit page – I see the elements that should be on the page when viewing. Not sure why they aren’t showing anymore.
Can someone from Kriesi please log in and see if they are experiencing the same thing? Just click on Visit Site. It should take you to the Home page.
I really need this fixed. I’d like to be able to edit and view these changes inside WP Admin after saving.
If we use a Child theme what do we need to do via FTP? Leave that file alone? Only update the original Enfold folder?
I agree w/ @cnovey. This update is a FAIL if all these fatal errors are causing users’ sites to crash.
June 7, 2016 at 10:26 pm in reply to: {RESOLVED} Child theme throws 500 internal server error after upgrade to 3.6 #644388This is not a healthy update per your blog post. Why are there so many errors with this update? I’m very concerned to proceed with updating knowing so many others are experiencing Fatal Errors? My site can not be offline.
I figured it out!!! I had changed my Envato username so another team member could access the account. Updated it inside my WP Dashboard. All is good!
I’m still experiencing some weird things with my Enfold theme. Could someone please help? I still don’t see Special Heading elements while logged into WP Dashboard and viewing the page in question (Chrome & Firefox). Above it was the Home Page. Today I’m trying to design a landing page. I have a Special Heading Element on a Color Section. It’s not showing when I go to preview it. Kind of hard to tell if I like the looks of something in a draft if I the preview isn’t working.
Please advise.
P.S. I’m still on Enfold 3.5.4 as the theme update has not come through on my end as of today. Not sure if this update would fix some of these issues.

@Linortek try Cyberduck
I was using Filezilla for FTP but the application was horrible for me. And it installed Malware onto my browser! Got to love open source!
Cyberduck has decent UI and I have no issues logging into the backend of my site. You will need your hosting provider to give you the login credentials.Info provided. Still not showing tagline or button on home page as of this morning when logged into WP Dashboard. Envato just sent me a notification for an Enfold update – not sure if this update will fix all my issues.
LMK if you have any issues logging in.
How would we go about customizing the code for this new 404.php file? I don’t write code and I can’t afford to hire a developer. I would rather build the page inside the WP dashboard like I do with my other pages since I’m a visual person. Is there another way? A plugin perhaps?

This is so weird. Apparently, there is still an issue. When logged into our WP Dashboard and clicking on “View Site”, the tagline and button on the home page aren’t showing for Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
Here are the screenshots after logging into our WP Dashboard and clicking “View Site” from Firefox, Chrome, Safari:
Firefox:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B14n5RiCOyafbG80aFN6dldPUUk/view?usp=sharing
Chrome:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B14n5RiCOyafbW1qVlcwSjcxQ28/view?usp=sharing
Safari:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B14n5RiCOyafZ19yX21pYzUzVUk/view?usp=sharingThe tagline and button are there when not logged in from each of these browsers so at least visitors are still seeing this. Not sure if this is related to my initial inquiry or if this another issue altogether.
I did some more digging. And found this: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/ohe90d_je4I
Looking at my settings, my hardware acceleration was already disabled and I’m still getting flickering so I enabled it. Quit Chrome and reopened. Typed in my website url and so far so good. No flickering, tagline and button appeared. So I guess it’s a wait and see? I’ll keep you posted.
I had xposted this on the WordPress LinkedIn group. Both you and Krieisi claim I have a cache plugin installed. How would I know what plugin this is? I didn’t install a specific cache plugin. So it would’ve had to come from a plugin that is bundled with one. Some of the responses I was getting based on the Warning was that I should not have “object-cache.php” in this folder and it should be deleted. But before I do anything like this, I want to confirm this won’t break my site. Here is a screenshot of what is in my wp-content folder:

May 6, 2016 at 3:38 pm in reply to: Follow Up Transparent Logo not showing on Mobile News/Blog page #628355**UPDATE**
GoDaddy has since updated our version of WP. They checked on their end and had no Warning message pop up when accessing our website. They feel it’s a caching issue with the website visitor’s browser. The only thing it looks like we can do is tell clients and prospects to make sure they are using the most current version of their browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE, Edge). And make sure they flush their browsing history.Since this, we are still getting clients calling in and telling us they have this warning. Not consistently – just random. I have updated my coworkers with this information. The update didn’t really fix the warning. So I guess we just deal with it.
April 29, 2016 at 4:39 pm in reply to: Follow Up Transparent Logo not showing on Mobile News/Blog page #624636Unfortunately, GoDaddy has not updated my version as of today. I hope it happens soon. I was advised to wait vs. installing it manually. I will keep you posted.
April 28, 2016 at 3:12 pm in reply to: Follow Up Transparent Logo not showing on Mobile News/Blog page #623810@Andy
I spoke with GoDaddy yesterday. WordPress just released a maintenance update 4.5.1. And GoDaddy is rolling it out to update WP across all of their users. I’m assuming this will fix this issue. My warning isn’t constant. I’m on a Mac and use Chrome and the site loads as usual. But others using IE or Firefox have noticed they get this warning on the initial visit to our site. Some say if they leave our site and come back, it loads as usual. When I checked Safari the hero image on our homepage was super zoomed in. But if I left the site and came back, it loaded fine. So it sounds like it’s a caching issue. Again hoping this update will fix this.@Ismael
How do I go about doing this? It usually updates automatically. I’ve never had to manually do this.April 21, 2016 at 6:03 pm in reply to: Follow Up Transparent Logo not showing on Mobile News/Blog page #619286We are getting something similar on IE version 11:
Warning: Class_PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data01/14/261231/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 520

I was able to get this CSS code to work in Quick CSS:
.iconbox_content { height: 210px; }
I had to do some major digging in the support forum to find this Andy’s CSS!! Any reason the Equal Height option is not working in the column settings? From my digging it looks like nobody can get it to work.
Same issue!
Those in the list were a new request for a different page and different element – Icon Box not the Icon List which was my initial request. Should I apply a different class name to the Icon Box element’s custom css class field? And/or in the CSS would it need to be .iconbox vs .iconlist? Please advise.
@Yigit
Thanks! That fixed the offset issue! Is there any way to address my other request for a different page:What css would I need for a specific Icon Box element to apply the following:
1. Decrease size of both Icon and Title.
2. Title to be sentence case. NOT all caps.
3. Center the Icon & Title inside a Layout Element.Is it possible to modify all this?
