it worked when i changed the theme, does not work with Enfold enabled.
I’ve switched the theme and tried the plugin, it worked.
will changing the theme to test the plug in affect any of the customization that the current theme has?
it’s a custom plug in but it’s supposed to be simply enough built that updates shouldn’t be needed.
you would enter a number into the Contractor ID Number search > hit submit and it should pull up a certificate that shows a pass or fail. Right now if you submit a number nothing pulls up if you’re not logged in.
test number: 201509222000055I’ve contacted our hosting provider and they were able to get in. they only advice they gave me was to have you try again w/ a new temporary login.
temporary login
Deactivating the plugins didn’t fix the problem
I already have quite a few plugins installed. I’m willing to add another but concerned this will bloat my site even further.
Well that’s unfortunate, considering I’m using your theme and all of the CSS you’ve provided over the past year! You could at least point me (and I’m sure a ton of your customers) in the right direction with suggestions.
So weird. I activated the plugins one by one. And now the Favicon is showing. Not sure exactly why. But I’ll take it. Sorry to have troubled you! Thanks for your assistance.
Please try again. I also provided the email I have on file for you. And yes, your role is Administrator.
Login credentials added. I’d prefer you research the backend before I install another plugin. As for deactivating plugins. You can deactivate all plugins for testing but the One Source QR Scan. This one our clients use so it needs to remain active. Fairly confident this plugin is not the root cause.
That is better! Thank you!!
You bet!

Decrease the amount of padding:
A. Top Padding
B. Left Padding
C. & D. Padding in between the columnsStill no luck.
@Yigit
I have debugging mode on. That’s how I’m getting the shortcode into the Widget for the footer. I tried to add the script from GoDaddy from the debugging mode code block but it didn’t work. It just added some of the script to the live page view.The CSS you gave to fix the padding, unfortunately did not work. See footer:
The workaround for the GoDaddy SSL seal was to download a logo from a Google search. From the script, I was able to get the url for the certificate. Wish there was another way around this. Not sure how to add a code block to the text element inside a footer widget.
The CSS you provided seemed to do the trick! Thank you!! No more background.
Is there any way to address the padding? There is a lot. Above, in between the columns, etc.
One of the issues I’m fighting with is our SSL certificate from GoDaddy. They give you a script which automatically generates the image and the link to the online certificate. Thoughts on how to enter this into a Partner/Logo Element?
@Rikard
I’m not going to publish it with the background of the logos looking the way it does. So giving you a link won’t do you any good. I’m happy to give Kriesi Support access to test on the backend.Nevermind. It took a lot of digging but I found someone else using Enfold who had a similar inquiry.
Still need help! Per the plugin author’s documentation. I created a copy of the single.php file and renamed it single-job_listing.php. I tried removing `get_header();
$title = __(‘Blog – Latest News’, ‘avia_framework’); //default blog title
$t_link = home_url(‘/’);
$t_sub = “”;`
but this just changed the title from “Blog” to “Blog – Latest News”. Not sure why this would add “Latest News” to “Blog” – strange. So I reverted back to the original code from single.php file.Regardless, I don’t want my job listings to have any reference of “Blog” at the top of the page. Need this removed.
It would be great if I could add a custom sidebar too to this template. Much like a regular blog post or page where I adjust what is in there via widgets but not sure if this is possible. Please help! Here’s a link to a single job posting with the original php code: https://www.onesourcebackground.com/job/operations-specialist/
It’s better! There is just a teeny tiny shift.
Gravity Form Submit Button is still not lining up correctly. Could someone help? https://www.onesourcebackground.com/latest-news/
Scroll down to the bottom of page: “Want to stay up to date? Subscribe to our Newsletter!”
I used the following CSS. I’ve tried playing around with the different values but the submit button doesn’t want to budge.
.gform_footer input[type="submit"] { padding: 12px; min-width: 150px!important; margin-top: 8px; }
I included login credentials in case you want to dig around.
I just removed the border.
I wonder if it was for this page: https://www.onesourcebackground.com/forms-and-documentation/
I obviously put that in there for another Icon box on a different page. If I remove it then that element would revert to the default. How would I know so I can assign a custom CSS class ID so it will continue with height 210px? Or can I apply a custom CSS class to these icon boxes to “ignore” that CSS code? The latter would probably be easier than searching every page that uses Icon box elements.

Where/how do I do this exactly? Not sure where the “Displayed Everywhere” widget area is.June 20, 2016 at 3:10 pm in reply to: Need help with removing side bars and customization of default pages #650856@Iamael,
Sidebar is still visible with the Job Manager plugin. The plugin developer says it’s the theme. How do I remove this?
