    Thanks Victoria problem #4 solved! Thank you. Any solutions to the other problems I asked about?

    2. Screenshot 1 below CONTACT SUBMIT, shows the white bar with the message text missing.
    I mentioned above when I said “After I fill out both forms and submit, two white bars appear.”
    The screenshot you posted above doesn’t show what happens AFTER I submit the form info, so of course it isn’t going to reveal the problem.

    Hi Victoria,

    This is a tough one. I removed the existing CSS I added and listed above. Then added what you suggested and added !important. Doesn’t change anything. Is this correct?

    I cleared my cache from the web host. Let me know what it looks like on your mobile device.

    I added this to Quick CSS. Is there a reason I need to add it to the child theme style.css? I see you mentioned that.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 450px) {
      #team-color-section .av-parallax-inner.main_color.avia-full-stretch {
        background-position: top left !important;
    }
    } /*team photo position*/

    Hi guys,

    I have an iPhone 7 Plus now and the problem is the same. I need fixed it.

    I looked at the above site links and it seems correct.

    I have this CSS added and it still doesn’t work:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .page-id-1212 #after_section_1 .content {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
    }
    } /*team photo position*/

    I just need to drop that photo down. There has to be a simple CSS that works.

    I need CSS that works for all devices, just like all other CSS I have implimented.

    Help!

    Jas

    Sorry I’ve been away. I’m back!

    I added the code you posted, it didn’t work. Screenshot below.

    Hi Andy or anyone,

    Sorry for the delay on response.

    1. Please delete the image you posted above. I posted the link in private data because I wanted it to stay private. The screenshot you posted above reveals identifying information. Thank you.

    2. Screenshot 1 below CONTACT SUBMIT, shows the white bar with the message text missing.

    4. Screenshot 3 below, shows another issue with this form. I need some CSS to delete “Please prove that you are human by solving the equation *” This is throwing off the balance of the form elements. I need that text deleted. Might I suggest that an option be added to the theme to apply the CAPCHA with no text. 7+2 is self explanatory anyway.

    Thanks so much,

    Jas

    in reply to: Partner Logo Element Slider #803484

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for the help!

    1. That fixed it! My question is, why is this CSS not default in the Enfold theme? Every time I add a partner logo element, or any element, the transparent background is not transparent. This has been going on for two years with Enfold. Is there a way I can prepare my PNG files so this does not happen? I cannot imagine this is within my control. WHY does this happen? Please be verbose in your response. I’ve been curious about this problem for some time.

    2. I fixed problem #2

    Thanks,

    Jas

    Hey guys,

    Mind sending me the shortcode for this page?

    Thanks,

    Jas

    in reply to: Shortcode for demo contact form #726553

    Thanks Rikard,

    Is there a way for me to find the short code for demos I like? Or do I have to ask for you everytime?

    Thank you,

    Jas

    in reply to: Logo in Footer #659087

    Thank you Ismael,

    1. Here is a screenshot of the logo on the example site.
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1049926/footer%20with%20logo.png

    2. Here is the site to see the logo in the footer. You must look at it on a desktop computer. The logo does not appear on mobile.
    https://huckberry.com

    3. I don’t want the logo to be in a column next to other columns. I want the logo to be under the columns in the footer of the site below. IS this possible?

    a. For future reference, how would I add a logo in a text widget? Would I have to use a link to the logo or could I drag the logo into the text widget?

    b. In what way would I have to edit the footer.php file.

    I’ve developed several sites with Enfold and I’d like to be able to repeat this process once I figure out the best way to do it. Please talk to me slowly when explaining :)

    Thank you Ismael,

    Jas

    in reply to: Logo in Footer #658086

    Quick question. I mentioned that the Huckberry footer is unavailable on mobile devices.

    I said you’d have to look at it on a desktop computer to see the logo in the footer.

    Did you understand what I have said above? I just want to make sure you’re understanding me and I’m being clear enough.

    Thank you,

    Jas

    in reply to: Logo in Footer #657991

    Andy,

    You can’t look at Huckberry on a mobile device. You have to look at it on a desktop computer. Here is the screenshot of the entire really long page showing the icon in the footer.

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1049926/Huckberry.jpg

    Is it impossible to add another element between the two with CSS?

    Thanks,

    Jas

    in reply to: Logo in Footer #657816

    Just any logo on any Enfold site. I have created many. The size of the logo on the site below.

    in reply to: Logo in Footer #656433

    Thanks I didn’t know the could be done. Thanks for clearing that up.

    However that isn’t going to work for my site because the socket is full. Please look at my site below and see what is in the socket.

    What will happen is when I add the i mage and the window is resized the logo will move around. I need it not to move when the window is resized.

    I need the logo at the bottom of the footer below the column widgets just like this site https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1049926/footer%20with%20logo.png

    Thank you

    Hi,

    The only option I see in Theme Options -> Footer is to add a column in “Footer Columns”. I don’t want a column. I want to place the logo in the center under the columns. Like in the footer of the site I sent you.

    Thank you,

    Jas

    I Rikard,

    I tried this on an iPhone 6s plus and an iPhone 6, and it does not work. The CSS is in place and is not shifting the image. Any ideas? Feel free to take a look around.

    in reply to: Center slider image on mobile site #625211

    Hi Yigit,

    No, I have viewed it on an iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s and an Android HTC One. The problem is on all of these devices.

    What phone are you viewing it on? Perhaps the cache on your phone needs to be cleared from last the last topic you helped me with?

    Thanks,

    Jas

    I know which plugin it is. It is this one. https://wordpress.org/plugins/pinterest-widgets/

    My question remains, “Do you think there is a way to override this issue? Reading the other post it doesn’t look like it. There must be a way, no?”

    Apparently, someone has found a solution. Although I”m not sure where to implement this. Do you have any idea where I would change this? Here is the post that has the solution. It is the last post. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/widget-changing-my-pinterest-share-button?replies=5

    Ok this worked. How do I center these icons. They are almost ok on a iPhone 6s and iPhone 6 but not ok on a iPhone 4s and 5s. They are to the left. Is there a way to center these on all devices?

    Thank you,

    Jasmer

    in reply to: Menu Item Problems #604343

    Hi Vinay,

    This did not fix any of the issues I described above. The above added CSS just changed the hover color to black which I do not want. Will you please reread the above description? I know you guys are busy but this is very frustrating as this addressed none of the issues described above. It has taken several days to get an answer so when this happens I have to wait several more days. Thank you for your help. I do understand you are busy.

    Here are two more screenshots to describe.

    1. SELECT ABOUT > TEAM and you will see the following.
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1049926/Screen%20Shot%202016-03-29%20at%203.24.24%20AM.png

    2. SELECT NEWS and you will see the following.
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1049926/Screen%20Shot%202016-03-29%20at%203.24.05%20AM.png

    3. I removed the CSS you added as it did not address the problem and I do not want the hover to be black. I’d like it to stay the original color.

    4. IMPORTANT. Problem #1 and Problem #2 above will happen on all pages with no transparent header, so it must be a CSS fix for all current and future pages. i need a site wide fix for all pages with no transparent header.

    5. As I said in my first post. It may be that there is some conflicting CSS. I added all CSS to Quick CSS so you can easily see if there is a problem.

    Thank you again for your time,

    Jas

    in reply to: Social Icons Crowding on Mobile Site #602457

    Thanks I didn’t like the horizontal rule so I removed it.

    Also I’m not sure it is necessary to move the icons closer together. It seems if I just move the icons to the left, the other two icons that are wrapping will move back to the top line. Can you help me with that? Still learning.

    Something like this?

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
    #header_main .social_bookmarks {
    position:??
    left:??

    Also if you don’t mind provide me with the CSS that moves the icons closer together in case I need that.
