Hey Rikard,
Well, I actually gave up on having a floating widget. I just put it in one of the footer columns, and, quite frankly it looks better that way! ;-)Cheers & thanks,
Itai

Hi Nico,
Yes, that is what I want but… the 2nd level submenu now appear on top of the 1st level submenu (see image). Is there a way to send the 2nd level submenu further to the left?

Hi Niko,
Thanks for your answer but I am wrong in thinking the “burger” is for the mobile version of the site?
I guess it wasn’t clear but I’m refering to the browser (screen) version.Cheers,
Itai
OMG Rikard! Thanks so much for figuring that out. I completely forgot about that file.
You can close the thread now. Thanks for the great support.

Hi Victoria,
I disabled W3 Total Cache completely and emptied my Cloudflare cache. As far as I can tell it hasn’t changed anything. Very strange.
….I would like to get caching going again as this a busy time for our site…
Cheers & thanks,
Itai
Sure, here: https://heaven11audio.com/billie-stereo-intergrated-amplifier/
In this case, it’s the h2 element, but I noticed that there’s a lot of the old css within the pageCheers,

Hey Jordan,
Yes I am: W3 Total Cache . But I purged all the caches on that plugin multiple times….also: disabled it but the old code is still there.

Hmm. Very strange. Thanks for taking the time for the screenshot Rikard. That is a very acceptable difference.
I’m on Safari 13.1.1. I have no idea why this is happening. But at least some Safari users are seeing it right! ;-)

Maybe this is a mac issue.
I understand that browser render differently but, while similar, Poppins and Futura are not the same.
See my side-by-side screencap:Safari is showing futura. Which does not have the same weight values as the light Poppins. It’s fat!
This is driving me bonkers!Cheers,
Itai
Ok. I understand. You can mark this as resolved. Thanks Rikard.
Hey Rikard,
This is what I mean by right alignment. Basically, if possible, I would like that the icons be aligned to the right-most item on my nav bar -or at least to the right, avoiding the ‘top’ link. (also bottom-aligned in the footer widget)

Thanks so much,

Thanks so much Jordan! works like a charm!
now they appear… I clear and reclear the cache and it always gets me. IDK what I need to do about that. Tried shift, purge, cloudflare dev mode…anyways:
-Is there a way to specify circular mouseovers instead of the square ones we’re getting now?
-and a right alignment?Thanks.
Guenni007: works like a charm! Thanks again.

Thanks so much Guenni007!!!
I will check it out on Monday.Have a great weekend,

Hi Rikard,
Yes, I know that, but that’s not what I need.
I need to set the background via CSS because the client has requested a changing background on load. Therefore it has to be generated by the functions and CSS. I’m not asking how to do that, I have the code. What I’m asking is why the background-image property won’t show up even after I’ve removed all the “backgrounds” like you asked.Anyway, I would appreciate a solution for this as my query was started 7 days ago. I did entice the client to buy the theme because of the ‘great support’ ;-)

May 20, 2020 at 2:15 pm in reply to: How to keep Hamburger Menu (or complete header) always visible on mobile #1214665Yes! it works now. thanks!
Itai
Hi Rikard,
-The header needs to have a black background on scroll. I don’t need the image to show there.(I don’t have a footer.)
-The rest of the body does need a color+image background however. I have put in a css color and image via fonctions.php and style.css and have removed all mentions of color or background in the enfold styling options.
I get a black background (I am trying to get #1b2426) and no image…
What am I missing?
Thanks,
Itai
Hi Rikard, thanks for the reply,
I’m not quite sure i understand completely but what do you suggest I do to resolve the issue and see the background image?
Cheers,
Itai
Ok I fixed the nav bar issues but I still can’t see my background image. Can somebody have a look please? I need to get this done before the weekend.
Thanks
May 14, 2020 at 7:57 pm in reply to: How to keep Hamburger Menu (or complete header) always visible on mobile #1213020I have the same issue.
Tried Victoria’s solution but it doesn’t work for me. Increased width to 830px but still no go on phone…
Hi Rikard,
Yes that works! Thanks.

Hi Jordan,
Yes. Here are screengrabs, or you can see for yourself on our site: lostmypet.ca

Hi Jordan,
I added it but it has no effect whatsoever on the submenu (which is what is the problem)
I’m not running any caching plugin atm. Please advise,
Best,
Itai
Hi Rikard,
Both of those recommendations worked. Thanks so much!

Hey Rikard,
That doesn’t seem to work. Left margin is still there. https://lostmypet.ca/sample-page/
Also, still no logo on navbar. Shows broken image before I scroll down and the bar becomes compact. As soon as I scroll the image appears.
Cheers,
Itai
Yes, Victoria, quite right. Logo works fine now that the cache has been cleared.
Cheers,
Itai
Inspecting the element I found this:
#top .av_header_transparency.av_alternate_logo_active .logo a>img {
opacity: 0;Normal?
