Hi
I just got another one of those weird spam Emails through my contact form. Again form an address @glmux.com. And again from the English site.
What can be done to fix this?

I have just updated WordPress to 4.9.4 (as it was listed on my dashboard) and I also updated the Plug-in for the contact form, that is compatible with the latest WordPress version. I hope this solves the problem of the weird Emails through the Contact page. Otherwise I will be back in touch.

Yes they were coming form the form and not the Email directly, as on the form I added a subject so I see from which page the reply comes form.

Halleluja, it finally works! Tried to add the Email address to, but did not work. Strange. Whatever I’m excited that finally my website is running smoothly.

I did contact my hosting company but they clearly told me that since from one form (Retreat Booking in English) I get the auto response Email (filled in the form myself to check if it works) it is not a problem with of the Email address and the hosting. There is something wrong with the template. Please have this fixed now. This topic has been pending for two weeks tomorrow!

I installed the Plugin Contact Form 7 and it solves the problem of
… an auto-response on the same page when registration form is submitted
for both the Retreat and Yoga registration (see links below)However I still do not get
… an auto-response via Email
Only in the English Retreat booking I get one (same as it was on September 19). This is actually the important part!What else can I do?

Why do you keep reading my messages, asking you to archive (store, close) various topics and then you don’t do anything? Am I speaking the wrong language? Which language do you prefer I write these messages? I am at my wits end!!!!

inuit68OMG, do you really ask me if I added the autoresponded text in both languages? Do you seriously think I would contact you if I had not set up both languages seperately. I might not be a web geek, but I am not stupid. It looks that you are on a fishing expedition and have absolutely no clue how to solve the problem.
Get the problem solved once and for all. That is why I got the support that I paid for!!! You are the pro, the Enfold template is a Kriesi product, so you shpukd know how to solve this!

Sorry, I don’t see any of that code in the Theme Options! Would be nice if someone actually talk proper English and not just web-language! You got the info to access my website, so can you please change it that all titles are the same as in the English version?Jesus, it takes forever to finally get problems solved!!! This one has been pending since September 9, just never got a proper answer and started a new topic 10 days later! Do you honestly call that support? I have had to ask other people not working at Kriesi to solve some of the difficulties I had with the German site. Needless to say that I need to pay them extra, although I paid for support when I bought the Enfold template! So I would really appreciate it if for once you could at least solve this problem.
