I assume you uploaded the font through the import/export menu of Enfold?
Have you tried adding the following code to the css styles option in the LayerSlider menu?

Where it says Barlow type the name of the your font.

It’s the text above the logo?

Normaly used to put a phone number?

As you are able to see the “Phone number section” is out of alignment with the social icons.

Use a php checker that scans your theme and plugins for compatibility

It might be possible ine of those plugins break your website. Had the same issue as well.

If you’re using a child theme, upload the latest header.php file to the child folder.

If you are working with a child theme, you need to upload the original header.php file to the child theme folder.
Otherwise you can try to reupload de complete enfold theme files to the root folder.

Have you tried a different FTP program? I use Filezilla for al my ftp activities. Works great every time.

Hi Ismael,

thank you for your reply.
I’m using a child theme since day one. So the core files are not edited.
The theme is updated to the latest version now, but the problem still remains. How can we fix this?

My apologies for the late reply. I forgot to turn on notifications.

It happends in IE 11 and Edge. All updated to the latest version

Any ideas?

made this project for a Driving School in my country. It’s still in demo fase, however it’s Enfold with woocommerce and a responsive e-learning tool.

Hi guys,

still a small question regarding the menu making the site jump to top on mobile phones:

– all plugins are off
– I took out all css

After I took out all css I put it back piece by piece and found this piece of code is the error:

Second issue is the overlay option breaks the contactform

How are we able to fix this?

Hi Andy,

no other custom code is added so I could be sure this wouldn’t be an error of mine. Second with the plugins disabled it would still jump.
And last: it worked bro ^^

– When mobile menu is opened, site jumps back to top?
