Thanks
Alex
Hi
Solved it
I compared the plugins on the site that was working to the site that wasn’t and there was one active from before the update I turned it off and it’s now working. Happy days :) I just didn’t know where I was going wrong.!!!
Hi
Further, update the pages are being populated on mobiles and iPad size devices but not on a PC I have cleared both the cache and the browser history and I am getting the same results I have also cleared the Quick CSS just in case there was something there.
This is becoming quite urgent.
Thanks
Hi
I don’t know how but the the page has now populated. I can only think it’s something to do with the DNS.
Hi
Thanks for coming back I wasn’t wanting to hide the images on devices more than 1024 just make them fit better :)
Thanks
Hi
I tried adding this coding
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
.alex { display: none !important; }}I’ve named the image alex and it hid it okay for below 1024 still working on anything above 1024
Hi
I would be grateful if someone could have a look at this issue.
Thanks in advance.
So essential I would like the following
Hide image on mobile – this I can do
Hide image on anything smaller 1024 px such as mini iPad (the above mentioned did not work)
Ensure the images and text fit on anything bigger such as a laptop etc either by fitting side beside or image on top of the text. (turning the columns into rows I suppose)
It works fine on a normal PC it’s just the bit in between that it does not.Thanks again and sorry to be a pain.
Hi
I have just spoken with the client. Currently, the images and text appear side by side on the PC and devices such as a mini iPad (with the exception of the phones), However, there is a lot of text in each section which means on the smaller devices the images are lost or distorted. Is there any way I can have the images for smaller devices on top of the text but side by side on the PC, please.
Thanks
Alex
Hi
Unfortunately, it is not working. I also want to hide the images on all the pages for devices such as the mini iPad as they are side by side the text and they are not showing up that well on smaller devices (not unless you have another suggestion). As mentioned I thought of turning on the Show element options for developers and actually, I have. I thought if I named the images I did not want to show that might work better.
Thanks
Alex

Hi
I was wondering if someone could look at this please.
Thanks
Alex
Hi
Please see below
It’s okay it was something in the quick css doh!!!
What I was hoping for was a carbon copy of the first website (images etc) would it be better to do it through the debug option and copy each page across?
Hi
Okay I set-up a second child for the multisite I’m working on I have exported the settings from the first child and imported them to the second child and it doesn’t look anything like the first child site :( obviously, I’m doing something wrong. :(
Please, can you have a look?
Thank you
Prefect thank you
Hi
Yes, you’re right it does, brilliantly thank you. I was hoping to hide a couple of other things please see the image
I tried to hide the street name using the below in the quick css but it didn’t work :(
.wpsl-street { display: none; !important; }
Hi
I’m sorry but when I try adding it, it doesn’t work :( I purged the cache both on the server and the browser.
Hi
Good news I got the top code regarding the columns to work. Still unsure though about the second code i.e. where to place it
Hi
Thanks for coming back to me I have tried the first code but unfortunately, the columns are still covering the layer slider.
With regard to the second code is this in addition to the code I have put in the Quick CSS i.e.
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
#layerslider_10 .ls-wrapper.ls-bg-outer, #layerslider_10,
#layerslider_10 .ls-wrapper.ls-bg-wrap img {
height: 200px !important;
}
#layerslider_10 .ls-wrapper.ls-in-out img {
width: 135px !important;
height: 50px !important;
}
#layerslider_10 .ls-wrapper.ls-in-out h1 {
font-size: 14px !important;
margin-left: -60px !important;
}
}Also, do I put it in the Quick CSS or elsewhere I am a little of unsure. Sorry for so many questions. I’m also using a child theme.
Thanks

Hello
You have to login :)
Hi
I have done. Thanks again.
Hi
Mmmm weird it appears to be okay now. I had a screenshot sent to me show the menu in html form rather than a bar. So perhaps it’s their computer.
Thanks for your help

Hi
I’m going to be working on a Multisite. I was going to use the Enfold child theme for the main site and other Enfold child themes for the sub sites as they differ. I have used your child theme in the past however I wasn’t to sure the best way of making multiple versions your child theme.
Thanks
Ps I had thought of doing it through the ftp files and copying the child theme and just renaming it.
Hi
I may need to make more than one child theme for this site what is the best way of doing that, please? In the past, I have just used your child theme but I have only ever needed one.
Thanks
Thanks Dude that’s very helpful :)
Hi
Thanks for your response I appreciate it. The client has had the structure in place for a while it’s http://www.abc.co.uk/xyz for the subdirectories which are websites in themselves so I don’t want to change it. I’m not to sure how to go about using enfold ie switching from the present theme as you mentioned. I thought I might have create a child theme for each site including the main and perhaps use the export and import function to copy it over to each site. Hope someone can help. :)
