I am having issues as well with:

This came up when I updated to the new Enfold theme.
Also, my media uploads area is giving me the ball of death. I cannot see or access my media file.
I enabled PHP ZipArchive via this link: https://www.godaddy.com/community/GoDaddy-Web-Hosting/ZipArchive-need-to-be-enable/td-p/7942
I do not know how to do any of this. Is there a specific way that I can have someone do this for me?
What do I ask for?
I did everything and still receiving an error. The time spent on this is about 5 hours and I am not a developer but have watched many videos. I just want to add new posts. Let me know from the errors what I should do?
