I’m very sorry for wasting everyone’s time and getting a little angry, I feel bad, sorry Victoria. It was an extension blocking social widgets and other social plugins from functioning properly. However I don’t see any extensions that are causing the cookie issue, turned everything off and it was still happening. Anyway thank you for helping me with this, this ticket can be closed.

Sorry, the cookie issue is a different site, https://www.ultimationinc.com/ , only seeing it in Firefox. Let me know if you don’t see it, sometimes goofy things happen here. I work for a corporation on a highly secure network and they might’ve done something on our end.

No not a cache issue, already cleared everything.
Not related to my original question, but related to the browser, we have also noticed in Firefox that the cookie notification comes up on every page even after you accept it. Not necessarily looking for an immediate fix with this, just want to let you guys know so you can look at the bug.

Can you give me an ETA? Enfold has been a staple for us, unfortunately issues with the last three versions have been creating issues with my clients. Is this going to be an issue for a month or more like the social icons? I hope not. These seem like very fundamental things that shouldn’t have been overlooked before the update is released to your customers. I have over 30 sites running Enfold, not using another plugin.

Thank you for getting this version installed, everything seems to be fixed on the other browsers. I can take care of the rest, just couldn’t get the file download to work correctly, but I appreciate the offer. Let me know if there are any negatives with having this version installed, I’ll be moving this copy to my live site a little later today. Thanks again for everything, and as always Enfold has the best support!

I have zip extraction software, no prompt when trying to extract, get empty folders. Can’t install the one you sent a link to, I work for a corporation that won’t let me install it.
The file isn’t in the link Mike sent anymore so I can’t try to download again. If you don’t mind taking a look at this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Not getting the password prompt when downloading the files, so I get a folder of empty folders, lol. Added credentials to a staging site and FTP below, if you can give it a shot that would be appreciated or if you can figure out the file download issue I’d be happy to do this myself.

Thanks for this, but it ended up just turning my whole site white/blank until I changed to another theme. Not sure what the pass is for in private data. If you have any other ideas please let me know, otherwise I hope this is fixed in the next version.

Thank you this works! Seems to be some issues with padding or margins after the update, potentially with my child theme, I’ll take a look at the rest and see if I can get this back to how it was before, but your code was a good start. Have a great day man! This ticket can be closed

The problem is solved when updated to 4.5.6, I did it on my main install and everything is good to go. I updated the staging site also without the same results, but I know there was testing there. Going to delete the staging site unless you still need to look at anything, please let me know and I can keep it up for now, or just close this topic and I’ll delete. Thank you all for helping out! Best support staff ever!

This staging site and your login credentials will stay as long as needed. Again I will probably implement your solution, but I just haven’t had time yet. Hopefully we figure out a fix before I can get to it, lol. Thanks again for all of your help!

I really appreciate the time you guys have taken in trying to solve this issue, has this been reported by anyone else? Going to look at the page you have created, I’ll probably just switch everything to how you have it on this staging site, was just easier to use the Featured Image slider as all the elements are there and able to add the color overlay in one element. I’ll probably wait about a week or two until I have time, if you find out anything in the meantime please let me know.

Just checked my reCaptcha, it’s v3 and everything is correct. Tried to deactivate the plugin, no change, tried deactivating all plugins, no change.

I deactivated all plugins with no success, but I didn’t rebuild the page. This is happening after the 4.5.5 update, I haven’t installed any new plugins. I have 31 sites that use enfold and I’m not about to go through all of them rebuilding pages due to an error with the new code. If you guys can please figure this out it would be very appreciated. I trust Enfold and the Enfold team, that’s why I buy Enfold, it’s always been solid. From your screenshot it looks like an error from recaptcha, I have a plugin for that, deactivated, still happening. Caches are cleared, no change.
On another note, there are other issues with the new release, I have another open ticket regarding icon lists not holding the styling prior to the update. Other people keep posting on my post, and I haven’t received any good support there as I’m not editing PHP files. Then an Enfold support agent replies to another person on my post to basically edit files to get things to work right, what is up with that? (VInay, you have replied to that ticket as well, told me to clear my cache, didn’t work. I don’t have file merging or compression on in any site.)
Anyway, this is the big issue, if you need me to supply anything else please let me know.

ChrisHello, figured out what is causing the issue, it’s the Featured Image Slider. After the update, this element and everything in the same row isn’t displaying on the front end but is still on the back end, It’s even removing the background. URL and login credentials to a staging site that’s been updated in Private Content. Please help and thank you!!!

I understand what you are saying, but I have over thirty sites that use Enfold and manage many more, I don’t have the time to go in and fix code that shouldn’t be broken, I’ll revert and wait for a fix.

Nothing worked. Noticed something, even if I clone the left column that has the red text the way it’s supposed to be, it turns grey and loses other styling. Including credentials in private content.

Contacting about the image hover issue, slight increase in image size on hover for single images. The image now increases in size, but extends past the container. If you aren’t aware of this issue please rollover one of the products on this page, https://tritoninnovationllc.com/ .

Just figured something out, there’s a connection with the image hover effect to increase the image size slightly and the image overlay. I had the image setting set to increase the size slightly and have an overlay. When you have the setting on to increase the image size, it increases the size of the overlay beyond the border. Just turned off the increase image size setting and the overlays are fixed. This wasn’t happening before 4.5.
Any idea when the fix will be released for the increase image size on hover for single image?

ChrisOne more thing I would like to add is that the overlay issue is on multiple sites using Enfold. I was able to fix it on one site by adding a new image box, adding the image, and deleting the old box, but that’s not working with some other installs.

Turns out that there’s some type of conflict with Google Maps on Enfold and the Event Booking Pro plugin, I’ve reached out to them to take a look.
With the overlay issue, I’ve disabled all plugins, uploaded a fresh copy of enfold, deactivated my child theme and activated Enfold, no luck.
