Hello Victoria,

I made the system update and deactivated the Enfold bundle version.
I activated PHP7 on my server and Suhosin is also checked no/green now.
Result: No error information any more on the system status page.

Nevertheless my problem is still the same and I need to find a solution
very soon, because my job situation is urgent and I need this for my
application.

I don’t use IIS.

p.s.: After deactivating the bundle version the implementation via layout builder isn’t working anymore, so I changed all pages to the shortcode versions.

Hi Rikard,

the update is done, but nothing has changed.
If I’m using the Layout Builder function Layer Slider, the animation is not even displayed anymore.

I started a new slider, using the same adjustments, to make sure that no old settings from the demo are the problem.
Now there are two testing pages:

– added via layout builder | Result: Not even working in some browsers
– slider name: PROBLEM SLIDER (ID 17)

– added via short code | Only working, when scrolled to the bottom
– slider name: NEW START SLIDER (ID 19)
