I logged in to my site after Bluehost updated PHP to 7 and enabled Enfold. Everything seems to work fine now. Thank you so much for your help and saving me!!!

As I posted on another thread, is there anyone from Team Kriesi that could login to my hosting provider – Bluehost – and help me by using File Manager to see if there’s a way to fix my website? I am stuck and don’t know what to do.

Not sure which log, what is the directory.
I logged in to my hosting provider and renamed the plugins folder to plugins.old but website still is not working.
Yesterday, I first updated WordPress version, following that I ran all plugins updates except Photocrati as it still shows updates but I am not using it anymore. I then ran all native themes update along with Enfold. Following that, my site went blank.Hi Victoria,

Not yet. I think I can also do this by login in to my hosting company Bluehost and rename the file from there?

LucasI just updated and my website is inaccessible. I can’t even login via -wp admin. It comes up with HTTP ERROR 500 or completely blank, white page on some devices. Any ideas? Thank you.
Hi,
It is over 1 year now and I still have the same issue where photos are not rendered correctly on mobile devices. Some pictures are not loaded at all. Also, the other day I saw my logo that’s at the top of the page stuck in the middle of the page.
This doesn’t happen all the time. Sometimes all content loads correctly. Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks, LucasI did that and now nothing is working. Every single thing I click on with wp-admin page comes up blank – white page.
That includes my website as well.I went to wp-admin, Appearance, Editor, selected functions.php, added code at the end as advised and clicked Update.
White page came up and that’s it. Now nothing works as mentioned, white page comes up everywhere I click. This is really bad. Please help !!!Thanks,

LucasNo, it is not. I am trying to setup 1/4 layout, insert the slider into each and have those 4 small windows doing autorotation of images of particular gallery. I also wanted to insert link into each of those windows so that when you click, the particular gallery will open. If I can’t, I’ll just maybe put link underneath or use image as media element where I can insert link.
