So if I understand correctly we have to ask the provider to solve the situation through the logs that the server highlights?
We do not have direct contact with the provider because another person we do not know has chosen it for our client.The server does not give errors, when I open a page to modify it it does not load it, I cannot do anything. You can see for yourself, I gave you credentials to enter, at the beginning of the post.

I have updated with the latest version of Enfold.
But now I can’t edit the pages, everything stays still and doesn’t load the editor to edit!!!1. If I go to “Recent Updates”, is the first one I see on the list the latest version of Enfold? La 5.0?
2. If I replace the enfold folder via ftp, does the site keep the previous settings of the theme customization or do I have to redo everything?Thank you

Is there an update I can download compatible with 8?
Another theme is now active on the site because if I activate Enfold it gives me an error.
