I did that and got it working on a colleagues ipad. The client however has the same issue : https://www.apple.com/ca/ipad-9.7/
this is the ipad version HE has. Is there any known issues with this particular model ?

Hi Nikko, I switched it over to https:// but still get the problem : we had an independent QA tester try it out . This is what they had to say,
“I had a quick check on different browser – Chrome, Safari and Firefox on MAC and listing the findings – 1. Image wasn’t available when I first checked it on chrome and Safari even after a refresh. 2. I checked it on Firefox and it was working there. 3. I checked it on chrome and Safari again and it seems image is not there on first load however working fine after a refresh”

Just heard back from the client and the model number is MP262CL/A which is a https://www.apple.com/ca/ipad-9.7/

Please see attached. I got the widget in the menu but despite my efforts there remains 2 issues with it. 1) the temp doesnt appear until i scroll down the page, and 2) I would like it to be the furthest on the right of the menu.
