I had taken the backup site database Options_name / avia_options_enfold and copied it into the site database it changed some of the appearance which was good but I then tried to manually change the theme options again to adjust the rest of the display but when I updated the theme options it wiped out the manual options I had put in the avia_options-enfold theme so I lost them all again.

How can I update this area to maintain the information I have and add to it please?

Unless you have an answer to the whole issue which is now urgent.

Got it. I made it work. I now have one with autoplay and others with autoplay disabled so perfect! Thank you.
Now please help with removing the YouTube video title overlaying the video in full size. Can you help?

You say the errors are in those files Victoria. How do I rectify them?
There are not files I have edited in any way. So they must have had an error at installation.
Please advise.

I have now installed and uninstalled this them half a dozen times, including deleting the hosting and starting again.
I have increased the php memory to the max 512M. I have ensured that the php version is 7 (although previously tried on others).
I have done a manual install via ftp.
It still doesnt work.
My provider can’t find any errors, we have however found lots written about on the web with Enfold installation issues and that it is very tricky to get right. I have used this theme before and had similar issues to get it started.
I am now letting a client down hugely and so would welcome your URGENT help please – if not I will have to use a different theme.
In order to do this I am including below the WP dashboard access and the ftp.
If you just switch from Twentyseventeen to Enfold it doesn’t work and I have to take the enfold theme out of the databse.
Please could you look at the ftp and ensure all files are right.

I think I have put this right. The enfold theme was still showing in the database so I have changed it back to twentyseventeen in the database files. This should ensure you can now login.
This is now urgent as it has taken me over a week to get to this point where it is still not functioning.

I have now removed the Enfold theme from the above site as you can’t access it or see the site (nor can I).
These are the things I have done to try to get this theme installed – each of these I have tried several times:

– Installed via theme upload in WP – didn’t work
– Installed via ftp – it worked the third time but as you could see above it wasn’t functioning.
– Changed the php version from 5.6 to 7, back to 5.6 and now it is on 7 again.
– I have uploaded the theme to another hosting account – it didn’t work.
– I uploaded an older version of the theme to try – it still doesn’t work.
– I have provided error logs above.

I am used to working with themes from Themeforest and have used Enfold before. I very much would like to use it again as the client has approved it. This matter is now VERY URGENT as the client is expecting to approve some layouts this week.
