HI Victoria
Please could you tell me how to set it that the first tap shows the title.
Many thanks
HelenI am not sure I described the problem well enough.
When you are in PC view the masonry grid portfolio doesn’t show the title overlay at all. When you hover you get the title.
when you are in mobile view the masonry grid portfolio shows the title overlay all the time, which is not want we want it to do. However, we do still want it to show the title overlay on hover.
How can we make the mobile masonry grid work as well as the PC view.
Many thanks
HelenI have done this. sorry I did not do it in the first place.
HelenGo to the Portfolio page. Rollover the pics and you will see the image overlay with the white arrow in the middle – we would like the arrow to disappear or to be the same green so it doesn’t show.
Links below.
Many thanks, Helen
Hi Ismael
It looks jerky on my computer in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Earlier one of your colleagues said that it was loading twice and I should comment out a line in the avia.js file, which I did but it stopped the menu working well.
Any help would be appreciated.
With regards
HelenI am surprised that this modification would take so much when one of your colleagues believed it to be solvable by commenting out one line of code?
Please respond to this ticket.
Thank you
Hi Victoria
You are right it does not look right and there is a trailing slash. I have now taken the avia.js file out of the child theme so it returns it to your default avia.js. The trailing slash disappears. It also heals the problem with the menu options not working when clicked only once
BUT
We are now back with the issue of the preloader loading twice. Please see the original ticket for this above where we were told to take the action below:Ticket started 4th April, last updated a week ago:

comment #941380“Hi,
This is possible but you have to modify the js > avia.js file. Remove or comment out the following code around line 404.
preloader_active.addClass(‘av-preloader-active av-preloader-reactive’);
Please don’t forget to remove the browser cache or do a hard refresh prior to checking the page.
Best regards,
Ismael”Please see the original ticket where the original problem is outlined in full with the custom preloader not working.
Advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks
HelenHi Nikko

It is helpful but I was trying to heal one issue (see ticket reference below) and it seems having followed your instructions to comment out one line and have made another issue. Is there a way of healing both problems please?

HelenI am very sorry this has happened twice. I have reset the password and testing it. It is now working. New password below.

HelenI have reset the password for you. Sorry for inconvenience. are you please able to try again.
Brilliant Ismael, it works! It looks like I can’t do this through the child theme though.
If I wished to make the icon larger – I can easily increase the size of our custom preloader but wondered if you could lguide me where I could also increase the size of the white graphic that is animated over the top.
Many thanks
HelenThe previous moderator said that it is loading twice (as you have outlined above), is there a way of stopping it load on the click and only starting on the next page load?
The issue here is this particular client is a opthalmologist laser provider, the custom preloader is ideal because it reflects the circular motion of their device, however the jerkiness is not ideal as it doesn’t reflect the precision they are trying to create.
Any help would be gratefully received Ismael.
Many thanks
HelenHi Basilis
Hiding the preloader is not the issue here. I have taken it out of the theme for you to see.
The issue is that the preloader (from custom CSS code given by your team) is jerky it starts and stops and starts again.
We used the custom CSS because the preloader image via your theme wasn’t working just sitting above the central position which is why I had put it back in to show you.
How can we stop the jerky animation it has currently please.
Ideally we would also like it to be larger but if I upload a larger image the animated circles that move dont work on top of it well.
Your advice is appreciated.
Regards
HelenThe issue may well be this:
When I entered the custom logo in your Preloader option in Theme Options the logo sat above the preloader which swirled underneath it. So your support people suggested I take the image out of the Preloader option and put this is my custom CSS:
/* PRELOADER */
.av-siteloader {
border: none;
background-image: url(//79.170.40.175/capsulaser.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Blue-swirl-70-2.png);
background-size: contain;
}
This worked well but we still have the issue of it swirling then stops then starts again. for you to see what I mean about the preloader Theme option image I have now put this is as well so you you can get an idea of how that doesn’t work too.Perhaps I can add something to the above to remove the Theme option preloader option from a file somewhere?
Please advise.
Many thanks
HelenDeactivating the plugin did not help the issue. Please advise.
Thank you Victoria. Is there another redirect plugin that you know of that wouldn’t conflict with the loader? In the meantime, I will turn off the plugin and see if that helps.
Hi Rikard please see new password below – just reset it.
the preloader rotates onloading the site and between pages. This rotation is not consistent, it stops or sticks and then starts again.
HelenApril 4, 2018 at 2:18 pm in reply to: Enfold Google Maps in Visual Builder not displaying on mobile devices #937174This worked, thank you.
Note to any others with this query. The API key takes a while to work.Hi Ismael
I updated the theme but it still wouldn’t ‘take’ the settings in General Font or Advanced Styling, that is you select it and it disappears. I have however, placed it in Quick CSS as an !important class for h1 and it has worked.
Deeply frustrating and time consuming but at least it means I can keep the Enfold theme for this job.
Many thanks for your help along the way.
HelenHi Ismael
I have done (several times) that but it still doesn’t work. I have changed the Advanced Styling H1, but again when you go back to this in Theme Options it hasn’t saved. My login is on the first ticket above so perhaps you can try it?I have got this font to work in a static html / css site, I have got it to work on another theme ‘North’ using the code outlined above (#933130). This is now urgent as I have to either go with Enfold for this client or switch back to North.
Please advise what I can do to make this font work.
I value your help and support in this.
With regards, HelenPlease could you tell me which setting to add / edit within the config file to make the change you suggest.
By the way, I had issues with this font on another theme called ‘North’. I have since changed to your theme (which is better). The last theme developer asked me to make this change to make it work, which it did. Apparently it is to place the link directly to Google fonts as it would be on an html only site. Can you please adjust it to make it work with Enfold so I can do the same:
function north_custom_head_content() {
?>
<link href=”https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=GFS+Didot” rel=”stylesheet”>
<?php
}
add_action( ‘wp_head’, ‘north_custom_head_content’ );Hi Victoria
I would like to use this for h1, h2, h3, h4 headings.
When I go into Advanced styling and select H1 in main content and alternative content and select GFS Didot from the bottom of the list, it saves but when you leave the Advanced styling page and come back it is not there (I have repeated this several times).
On most colour sections I would like to use it as a special heading selecting H1 within the special heading in content elements.
Regards
HelenPlease disregard my latest update to this thread. I have sorted the problem. Thank you.
Hi Kriesi support
As mentioned above I lost my Enfold theme settings recently. Before I lost it my custom preloader was working very well. It looked like our own logo was rotating in the center of the page. Now it just looks like your circle is rotating over the top of the preloader. You had helped me originally with getting the preloader to look good, could you please help again to get this right. My client was very happy with the look of their logo rotating.
Please see private data above for login.
Many thanks
HelenHi Nikko
That has helped. However, I had this in place before but lost the code and this time it looks different. The support ticket that provided me with the information before is now not on the system. I think maybe the blue rotating circle was white before. Can we change the colour of it.
