  • Hi Rikard….apologies for the delay in response. I thought the issue was resolved because one page finally updated after a while, but now is doing the same thing where you hit ‘update’ after editing content and it says it’s ‘page updated.view page’ but wen you view the page frontend, it doesn’t change. Happening to all pages. You can use ‘Christmas at Camp’ page to test with. It used to update and then I could view page and it would automatically show the newest version.

Yes exactly. I actually told them to clear cache and cookies/web data on their phones and that seemed to fix it, along with deactivating our file compression under performance settings.

Thanks for your help! You can close this request now.

    Hey Rikard,

Yes, we use W3 Total Cache. Our Enfold>Performance file compression was deactivated already.

I tried viewing the website again today on a few of our employees iPhones using Safari and same problem occurred again. Should I deactivate W3 Total Cache indefinitely or just temporarily? Will that slow down performance/page load speed? Thanks for your help!

    Nikko,

THANK YOU!! All set. I just re-activated all the plugins and everything is running smoothly.

    Hi Basilis,

I checked the wp-config.php file and it looks like it’s already been added, unless I’m just looking at it wrong. I am not the highly skilled one so please bare with me – sorry!

Thanks! When I log into WP now, it shows this at the top of the dashboard:
files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home3/campced1/public_html/wp-content/db.php.

And also no plugins are listed.

Thank you!! I’m working through a lot of old errors on this site.

Question – logging in to wordpress admin now, all plugins are gone, not just the ajax calendar one. Do I have to re-install all of them now?

The entire admin dashboard looks a little different, with several error message lines at the top of the page.

Perfect – it’s all set! Thank you SO much.

Rikard – Thanks for the quick response! I tried it but it doesn’t seem to be working. The burger shows up when I’m logged into wordpress and are viewing the page but not when I’m on mobile or not logged in. Any other suggestions?
