Also which cache plugin do you recommend? W3 Total Cache?
Hi, I am having the same issue on a new site. But only on Safari and only randomly. One minute if you try to go back from one page to another it doesn’t work, then 10 mintues later you try it again and it does, then a bit later it doesn’t again. Could it be a page loading issue?
Here’s the site. Please view in Safari browser to replicate the problem. You may need to try a few different pages.
Thanks!
HPFebruary 24, 2016 at 10:38 am in reply to: Installed Update 3.4.7 and CMS is empty but all content still displaying on site #588277Thanks Basilis,
I have purchased Enfold myself and not ever used the product, so I have my own API but when I used it to update this site the same thing happened. Would I be best to re-install with a new Enfold theme and copy across the database/content? Then I could use my API to update the theme.
Would that work??

HPFebruary 24, 2016 at 7:45 am in reply to: Installed Update 3.4.7 and CMS is empty but all content still displaying on site #588195It’s ok, it’s because I’ve used the wrong API key.
This site was set up by a developer I no longer use and the API key would have been associated with his account not mine. Which is why I’ve not received any updates since he left. How can I find the API linked to the installation on my site?

HPDecember 14, 2015 at 9:35 am in reply to: Grid Row images displaying side by side or not at all on mobile #552037Hi there,
I now have an iPad issue on another page and I can’t seem to create a new support thread. Do we have to resolve this before I can create a new post?
Cheers
HayleyDecember 14, 2015 at 5:38 am in reply to: Grid Row images displaying side by side or not at all on mobile #551934Hi there Ismael,
Yes I have already selected that option – I mentioned in my original post on December 2nd.
Is there any chance you can please login and see what the issue is? I have provided all the details. We have had site-wide issues with grid rows for this installation.
Thanks!

December 9, 2015 at 1:47 am in reply to: Grid Row images displaying side by side or not at all on mobile #549370Hi Andy,
The theme has been updated, thanks for the tip. But the issues still remain.
The site has now been migrated to a staging server in a new hosting environment. The new link is:
http://new.northshorechiro.com.auThis has been a site-wide issue since we started development. Please could you do a full review to provide guidance on solving this problem. We are trying to launch this week!
Thanks : )

http://nsfc.northernbeachesdigital.com.au/how-we-help/our-unique-approach-2/Whatever content comes after a grid row on this site is not displaying as mobile responsive. It’s happening throughout the site and we’ve had to do workarounds to accommodate this glitch.

HPOctober 27, 2015 at 1:00 am in reply to: Menu not showing highlight bar under page name and issues with submenu position #525255Hi Rikard,
thanks again for you help, but I’m not sure what you are referring to regarding the button?
Is there anyway I can send you a screen grab of the actual problem? It’s about the way the active menu indicator and the submenus overlap when you scroll down. that’s the problem we are trying to fix. I’ve had to create the huge header to counter this problem until it’s resolved.
If you go into the site and change the header setting slim or large and then select “default, active menu, slightly transparent” you will see the issue once you scroll down and try to bring up the submenu.
I am thinking I should try to rebuild the menu but you guys have already installed custom code to counter an overlapping issue we had on mobile so I’m nervous to impact that!
I’m really stuck and my developer has bailed on me so any help with this is most appreciated. Happy to pay an Enfold expert to help if needs be.
Cheers
HayleyOctober 26, 2015 at 12:08 am in reply to: Menu not showing highlight bar under page name and issues with submenu position #524585Hi Rikard,
Any update on how to fix this issue? I am going into a workshop tomorrow with 20 key stakeholders to review the site before we go fully live and I’d like to have resolved this by then.
Thanks for all your help!
HPOctober 23, 2015 at 5:38 am in reply to: Menu not showing highlight bar under page name and issues with submenu position #523451Hi Rikard,
No, it makes no difference. I’ve tried everything already. There’s a glitch in this header. You guys have already had to install custom CSS to stop the overlapping on mobile view. It’s not happening with any other site and they are all built from the same base installation.

HayleyOctober 22, 2015 at 10:07 am in reply to: Menu not showing highlight bar under page name and issues with submenu position #522806Hi there,
I will post the login details below, thank you.
Basically I want to be able to have the default header showing:
– borders, active menu indication, and preferably no transparency
But when I select that, because of the way the submenus are positioning when you scroll down it’s a complete mess! Which is why we’ve ended up with the massive header (which we don’t want) and no active menu indication.
I have screen grabs of what this looks like – can I attach here somehow? Thanks for your help, much appreciated!
Cheers,
