Sure. I’ve placed a link in the private content section. Thank you.
Hi Kriesi team,
Is there any updated custom css code to obtain this actual result, pls? … I’ve already tried the suggested ones above but wasn’t successful in the outcome. In my case, I’ve got a three columns mega menu.
Great thanks in advance.

H

I’ve done another fresh Enfold installation (latest version) and the <br> tags re-appeared so now I don’t know how else to proceed, given that the last time I experienced this issue I could resort to installing the latest Enfold version, but now while I keep editing and saving pages, theses <br> tags persist.

March 27, 2021 at 9:51 am in reply to: Button clicks tracking for Google Ads and Analytics can't be set up with Enfold #1290714Hey Rikard,
When I go on debug mode through GTM and execute some actions, the theme doesn’t reveal clear identifiers for buttons and other elements which I need to set as triggers for conversion tracking.
I’ve placed an image link in the private content area for you to have a clearer pic of my need.

Hello Nikko,
It did finally work. Great thanks for being so patient and well-disposed as usual.
Great regards!

Hey Nikko,
Done. TY

Hi Nikko,
You were right, since I place the code on a word doc to keep track of historical implementations I mistakenly mixed it with some other code. However, I’ve double-checked them one by one as clean as you put them above, but none of them really produced any changes on the mobile center alignment (our aim).

H
Hey Nikko,
Sorry about the bad news, but strangely enough, the title’s font got affected across the entire site. It got all black and capitalised. Additionally, the link we’re intending to center align got back to its uncentered position (Desktop version, which was already fixed).Regards,
H
Hi Nikko,
It certainly worked for the desktop version, but for mobile, it even moved a bit more to the left where it has always been inclined to.
Thank you in advance.

Hey Nikko,
It did work. Thank you!
Now, how can I also perfect center align the socket menú pls?
I’ve added this code:#socket .sub_menu_socket {
width: 100%;
}
#socket .sub_menu_socket #avia3-menu {
display: flex;
justify-content: center;
}
}But as you might see in the link I provided privately, it does not look centered.
It’s either the social icons are not perfectly centered or the actual socket link? If you have a look at the mobile version, the inclination changes to the opposite side (left).Thanks a lot for your help, beforehand!

Hi Mike,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I eventually had changed it when testing the different options we find as per header appearance, but finally, after updating Enfold the bug disappeared, so now the transparency option is behaving as expected.
Best regards,
H

March 6, 2021 at 8:44 am in reply to: After updating the ENFOLD theme a strange "white padding" appears in sections #1285999Hi TJ,
Exactly, they look the same as mines (accidental paddings), so I guess it’s the very problem… not sure if the referenced website has them intentionally placed, but in my case, these “white paddings” appear even in the header section once I update it after editing, so I’ve stopped before more pages get altered.
Are you confirming that it is a theme-related issue?

HC

Hey guys!
I’ve been trying every single option I’ve found so far, but none seems to work yet. Only the third column gets affected by the provided CCS above and it will also require an interlineation adjustment. So if you could pls help me with the appropriate code I’d much appreciate it.
Kind regards,
HC
Hey Jordan,
Done. Link provided as private content. Pls be mindful about no clicking on the logo and Home (Inicio) page since the main site’s URL is being redirected while under construction.
Many thanks!

February 28, 2021 at 11:53 pm in reply to: Header Transparency / On top of Fullscreen Slider #1284301Hey guys,
Hope you’re doing great.
After installing the latest Enfold version, importing a demo, and making sure all configurations are properly set, the transparency menu doesn’t turn into the predefined white menu while scrolling (only in the home page). I’ve been reading all existing threads on this topic, but haven’t figured out a solution yet.I would much appreciate your help.
Great regards,HC
Sure Sarah. Thanks a lot

Hey there!
I’ve got a similar issue, my contact form got stuck in some old settings and as I’ve got several lead generating forms on my site. They all need to be formatted differently, but it’s been impossilble, even after deleting the form, increasing the php memory to its 256 limit and asking my hosting providers to unblock any email protection setting!
I urgently need to re enter some custom “thanking messaging” on each form – as they once existed, but dessapeared sudenly.
I remember having erroneusly switched from Parent to Child theme and having lost some settings a few moths ago, but recovered them manually; however, this “stuckin time form settings” seem to have another cause. Can I get help from you pls?
Cheers,
hacart
Hello folks!
Whenever my videos get clicked on, they take the viewer out of my site to the original YouTube Channel, therefore ruining the user experience.
You’ll witness it on https://www.casadelmedia.com/branding-colombia/
How can we solve this pls?

November 11, 2016 at 12:06 am in reply to: Enfold theme not allowing form modifications and altering info structure #710935Hey Basilis!
php memory is at its limit: 256M. The hosting providers cannot do anything at this point. You can check it out here:
https://www.casadelmedia.com/phpinfo.php
I’m about to start a Content Campaign but this trouble with editing on Enfold makes me uneasy since the theme is becoming less and less reliable for me to work freely on content editing. So what’s next pls? The forms won’t save my autoresponses for long!

November 5, 2016 at 9:00 pm in reply to: Enfold theme not allowing form modifications and altering info structure #708741Hi Nikko,
Basically, I realised the forms which lead my visitors to download ebooks had dropped their links so they happened to just thank the user without giving the actual ebook away. Not only the links desappeared but also the CTA’s messages, so if I make a modification it has to fix everything in one go cos’ once I come back, the theme’s backend just deletes my latest modification. It’s a hoorible loop, its definifitely a BUG.
The changes are always refleted on the frontend, but when I have a look at the backend again, they’re gone and if I save the form once more, it’ll go back to the default state (not clean, but the form I saved for the “contact us” page. It’s such a curse.
The form took for granted all future forms would have the very message, so when I create a new form it comes populates with email, form title, thank you message (which is the worst co’s I need the second option – send the users to the ebook’s link) and the auto-response, which is empty by default, and insists in staying that way!!!!, here is where things get sour and my visitors are frustrated.
How can we solve the preset, unmodifiable forms, then? I need urget help!

hacart
