Hi Ismael, thank you for this. I have allocated the page I want to sort as the default shop page, added the code, and no sorting is showing apart from one about how many products per page should show which I don’t want on there anyway? Please can you help ASAP
Hi Ismael, I’ve managed to solve the pixellated image issue however I have come across a couple of others.
It seems fine on a desktop, but when I look at it on my mobile phone I have user issues I hope you can help me with;
1. There is the word “clear” randomly next to the product box? It doesn’t seem to do anything…?
2. The options box isn’t wide enough to house the text (print options)
3. When you click on the print options box and it brings the scroll wheel up, again, the text doesn’t fit across the screen so is missing information off the end
4. Once you’ve been on the scrolly product options, the page is offset and missing the left hand side and is zoomed in still.Please could you help before I start adding more products…

SarahHi Ismael. Thank you for your reply. I have already tried different options but to no avail. The image is fine, it shows as pixellated on the product grid. Something is happenning in there?
Thank you Jordan – it’s made the first sub-menu item left aligned too – how can I add some left padding to the sub-menu item to compensate please?
I can’t seem to open a new case for something else, please could you advise – the logo and menu at the top are left aligned, BUT the first item in the menu isn’t lined up properly to the left and I can’t figure out why and it looks messy…. please advise, and also please advise why I can’t find the option to create new tickets for support?

Hi I seem to be having a new issue with the website – when viewed on some screens the main naviagtion goes onto two lines, which is fine, BUT it is hidden behind/overlaps the full width easy slider on the page – please can you advise?
Hi Josue, on both the listing view and the single view.
When you view the single view, the date is in the centre of the page but everything is left aligned as it should be.

Hi Josue, apologies for the delay I’ve been really busy.
1. I can’t seem to attach images to show what I mean, but basically if you go to the news page, the featured image shows still for each story – I want to remove the featured image completely from each news story?
Also, the revolution slider plug in which comes with the theme needs updating – how do I do this without losing all the existing sliders? I updated the enfold theme entirely and it didn’t update the slider?
