Please help me solve my problem: I can’t find the folder with the parent enfold theme in my provider even though it’s visible in the dashboard (and I don’t understand where it is). When I uploaded the new version of Enfold I used the “update theme and plugin from zipo file” plugin
hi, I am making a hosting change and it happens that the display of the website through the host file is different from the one that is currently publicly visible. It is as if a previous version of the site was visible and not the current one.
Here is the answer of the hosting service:
“Hello,
the problem is that some contents, by modifying the hosts file, are not loaded because they do not exist on our server (and I checked that they do not even exist on the source server). In particular, taking the homepage as an example, some js (javascript) and css files are generated which generate a 404 response code (not found).
On the hosting space, the wp-content / themes / enfold folder does not exist, so the server correctly responds with the 404 response code. Those contents are probably loaded only through the cloudflare cdn. I don’t know the configuration of the theme, and it is necessary to contact the developer of the site to understand how to solve (maybe you should simply disable the cdn).”Best regards,
Giuseppeok moreover I have a problem with the enfold layout builder: since I updated the theme and wordpress I can no longer open the sections of the icon box, special title and other functions.
When I loaded the new enfold theme I did it via the plugin “Update Theme and plugin from Zip File, Could it be that it depends on this?
In fact, checking well, the parent theme folder is not present in the old hosting but in the part that concerns “theme option” I can see it
I installed the disable gutenberg plugin long ago, I tried to disable it and activate it but the problem remains
