  • thanks for sharing… i got the same problem and found some tips… if above won’t work then try all below ….

    Fix “No products were found matching your selection” category message
    If you are receiving a “No products found which match your selection” or “No products were found matching your selection” message when viewing your categories, here are a few things to check/do:

    If you are receiving a “No products found which match your selection” or “No products were found matching your selection” message when viewing your categories, here are a few things to check/do:

    Clear Counts – Sometimes category counters are out of sync. To solve this go here WordPress Admin Area > WooCommerce > System Status > Tools and click the first 3 buttons on that page. That will reset the counters.

    Default Product Sorting – If you have set your Default Product Sorting to Popularity (sales), you need to change that to something else. You can check/do that here: WordPress Admin Area > WooCommerce > Settings > Products >
    Default Product Sorting

    Do Products Exist? – Do the categories which are not appearing on your site even have products in them? You can check that here: WordPress Admin Area > Products > Categories

    Product Set Categories – Have you configured your Product Sets to import into WooCommerce categories? More specifically, have you picked at least 1 WooCommerce category for your Product Set to import into on the edit Product Set page. If you select a new WooCommerce category or change the category, you must update (Bump) your Product Set for the new changes to take effect.

    Hi!

    My point is, one solution as above tip, was so simple and would have done if suggested by any of you but so much of our time wasted!!!

    I do suggest that all of you here helping to sort out our queries must have some ready made common tips list ready to share so things get sorted out fast.

    As i waited for so long but still nothing worked out until below simple tip worked, may it be helpful to other too as it worked for me…

    Just revert back to 2.3.13 version until WC decides to fix the stupid shit they changed. They think they made things better for the thousands of developers that tie into WC, but they made it a shit storm.

    I had to revert to WC version 2.3.x and it works just as it did before.

    Cmon WC get your shit together. You know you have issues when you release 4 updates within a weeks time, now fix the Variation issue that EVERYONE is having.

    it gives following error after clicking PLACE ORDER button:

    SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

    but if i have login and all of my details auto filled on checkout page, before page get fully loaded on my slow net connection, i can select and click place order buttons works perfectly fine and it takes me to payment getway. But when fully loaded its BLOCK Order Details part.

    Removing following makes everything perfect, is there any way to modify or even after loading this class wont work as OVERLAY BLOCK

    at last i am having only one option, whether below mention CLASS do not load at all or if there any way to make following overlay style to modify in a way so it may be loaded but person can click throw it?

    Hi Andy,

    As far i know, there is no plugin installed on my site like “WP Super Cache”. If you are pointing to something else than let me know.

    I tried to load checkout page in Twenty Fourteen Theme’s Preview but same problem!

    As i mention above that very same thing happened on my other site where Enfold theme installed but after updating to latest version things got back to work. So, it seems to me that something need to be fix with theme only or you all know it batter than me.

    I’m just hopping that let my site get back to work as soon as possible as my business suffering!

    As you said, things are not working at my end in Chrome and Firefox browsers. In both checkout page showing very same grey Your Order part even with WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping Deactivated!!! Not only that its not working with any other shipping methods too… Even after deactivating all plugins beside Woocommerce still things are same!

    Please look into it again as i can’t see any change.

    One thing i noticed was, i had installed Enfold theme on my other domain and when i updated Woo Commerce then very same issue occurred but as i updated theme to latest version than grey part of “Your Order” started working as before!!!

    From this i understand that something need to be fix with theme?

    I tried above things but didn’t worked, still same issue….

    I have no idea what to do!!!? :(

    Please someone can help me to work out this issue as my working website stopped processing orders just because of one bug or fix needed!!!

    That was done just to experiment but nothing change. Now i have reconfiguration previous settings for the same but still checkout’s Your Order part disabled.

    One thing i noticed that its work if i login.
    As my address and all other details available so before page fully loaded, immediately selecting payment mode and term condition option and pressing Place Order button gets me on payment gateway page.

    So something happening just before page get fully loaded!

    Please help me to fix this problem as we are loosing our business. :(

    Hi Basilis,

    Site was fully functioning and orders were also processed until WP and other plugins got auto updated from hosting server side. So, please do needful to fix it WITHOUT EFFECTING its data and basic settings or let me know what more could be done?

    1. Well, wonder a lot to sort out email problem but no solution from server as they said, server sending it but not reaching mailbox.

    So, at last, by God’s mercy found two temporary way to solve email issue(sharing details so it may help someone with same problem),
    1. Using “PostMark” plugin to send my website generated mail. It needs some configuration to be done on server’s DNS by adding SPF and DKIM setting mention on plugging website.

    2. Tried many SMTP plugin to send mails but most of them failed. So, used “Cimy Swift SMTP” plugin which having one extra configuration which worked for my site perfectly! Below are settings:

    Sender name: [XYZ]
    Sender e-mail: (Email address hidden if logged out)
    Overwrite the sender only for the WordPress default [ (Email address hidden if logged out) ]: YES
    SMTP server address: mail.mydomain.com
    Port: custom port > 26
    Username: (Email address hidden if logged out)
    Password: **********
    Use SSL or TLS?: NO
    make sure to have mention email id created on your domain!

    That’s it… it worked for me!

    3. After adding product to cart when page fully loaded, it was showing ZERO in upper right corner cart menu. This could be sorted out be following :

    wp-content/themes/abundance/woocommerce-config/woocommerce-mod.js

    setTimeout(first_load_amount, 10);
    $(‘body’).on(‘added_to_cart’, update_cart_dropdown);

    Replaced with>>

    //setTimeout(first_load_amount, 10);

    Hi, Thanks Elliott,

    Every time i contact server people on chat, there is no hope from them as they say everything OK from there side but something wrong with theme or plugin! As per their guidelines i used port 26 for SMTP but nothing work.

    I tried to disabling all plugins and see whether things are working or not? but nothing works…

    Here is one thread (Purchase code hidden if logged out) ” title=”Click Here”> who faced exactly very same kind of problem a year back and what WOO author suggested some(Purchase code hidden if logged out) /page/2″ title=”POSSIBLE CAUSES”>. It may help you to find some solution?

    2. I tried SMTP to be use for invoice and contact us page but get following errors:

    “SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out ”

    or

    “Test email process is failed.”

    Please help me to solve this issue as my site not sending invoice to me and customer plus nothing from contact us page! In last 36 hours, by chance got 2 invoices out of 20…

    Few days back, Server people said that there is problem with connection script. Of Course, there was no clear answer but you may be able to inquire technically. If you need any login details for Cpanel then let me know.

    You can login to admin with given details attached to my first mail and look into it.

    I was using caching plugin long back and don’t know since how long or when image issue started until customer shown us.

    Beside this on server i’m using PHP 5.4 FastCGI processes (All files with the extension .php will be handled by PHP 5.4 FastCGI processes.) Does this affect or cause this kind of image issues? Its not a problem of one product page but with product category view too. I can see that any change in product image and product descriptions not getting updated in certain browsers but Chrome shows perfect whereas on same system Firefox shows old images and descriptions? And this might be started at one point, may be when i deactivated caching plugin?

    This happens some time but this time taking longer time to get normal, i mean receiving invoice or contact us messages. Just few hours before i got your reply, things got normal for 7-8 hours and again stopped!!!

    I checked spam box but nothing ….. contact us page is based on theme or woocommerce? if theme then something which is common blocking invoice or messages to be deliver to our inbox, right ?

    Yes, that’s what i see but i was reported by many that there are 3 product thumbnail images visible. For this i tried to browse same product link with, http://browsershots.org/, and to my surprice, 3 thumbnail images are visible in all most all browsers and their versions! Why? You can edit product and see that those small images where attached long back but not now still show up on page? More over, on very same product page, there is a line in red colour before Add to Cart button which i can’t find on, http://browsershots.org/. Is it caused by Woocommerce?

    3. The cart seems to be updating fine on my end. It’s not an AJAX cart so you have to wait for the page to reload to see the results.

    Ok…

    please do look into above two points as still i’m troubled by manually following orders and messages because not getting them into my gmail inbox.

    WP 4.0.1

    as far i know my theme is upto date and what you suggested was Enfold theme, right?

    WC 2.2.2 + WP 4 … on cart page even with no sidebar widgets or other option … below cart details something SQUEEZED display with broken column, comes like “You may be… ” and rest of page….

    When following code, [woocommerce_cart] removed from cart page things are OK, why?

    Checkout page works fine….

    After adding above code in Quick CSS, things appear as before but only dropdown display become disable. If i hover mouse over it then there is no display of products added into cart.

    In order to rid of Cart Icon, label and amount from Manu, what further has to be done?

    I am using Abundance theme for my shopping site with plugin WooCommerce Cart Tab (Displays a sitewide link to the cart which reveals the cart contents on hover.)

    What to be done to remove cart option at top? as i don’t need it.

    Hope on Themeforest “Changelog” could be added for 2.1 version as it makes one confused by still mentioning 1.9.

    where to find most recent version of Abundance (2.1) as on “themeforest.net/item/abundance-ecommerce-business-theme/759562” still “2013 April 17th – Version 1.9” old version listed, its mention “Last Update – 13 February 14”.

    Can any one help to get Abundance 2.1 or will it take time to be available at Themeforest?

    Tabs builder extension is available and working fine with my theme. Great thing is, its allow HTML code so now i can display tables or many other form of data easily.

    Plugin name is: “WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite”, install it and enjoy!!!
