This issue is resolved now, was an Ajax problem.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Thanks for all your help on this.

We have actually decided to use gravity forms for this now, but I’m getting an issue with enfold and gravity forms. When I submit a form it then hangs and the thank you page doesn’t appear. When I put the form onto a blank page using the standard builder it works fine, just not with the theme, any ideas?

Hi Rikard

I disabled Hummingbird but its made no difference to the page again. I’m not seeing anything wrong with what we have completed, but for some reason it is still not applying the CSS – all very strange.
I’m at a loss, do you have any other ideas?
Sorry about this, shouldn’t be this hard :)

I think I’ve turned off the cdn – does that help you at all – I can’t see a difference, but maybe someone with more experience can get to the bottom if.

Sorry, one more question actually – is the cdn that is blocking the css – is that coming from the Assetgo website or from the code within the bespoke contact form?

Thanks for the feedback Rikard, I’ve tasked them with making it work using an alternative option so hopefully they can rectify it.

Hi Rikard

I completely turned off the caching plugin, and it’s made no difference – this really is a strange issue, I can’t figure out how else to do it.

The contact form they have created (the developer who is implementing salesforce for us), and it has some code that then auto-fills in fields within salesforce when someone completes the form – is there a way of adding that part of the code to a standard enfold form?

Hi Rikard

Thanks for getting back to me. Sure, this is what I was trying to add via additional css in the Enfold settings:

.salesforce_contact_form {
border-color: #222!important; border-width: 2px!important; background-color: white!important;
}
Basically trying to make it look the same as the standard contact forms as you can see on this page: https://assetgo.co.uk/demo/

It doesn’t seem to matter what colour I change it to, it stays a light gray colour – is there a setting somewhere I need to change for the amended colours to display?
