Thank you Rikard, please close the topic!
GailHi Victoria,

Thank you for your reply.
GailRikard,
Thank you so much.
Such a simple thing, that special character, but it sure caused that problem.
Thank you for the list and for your fast response.
You guys are the best!
GailThank you Rikard.
I have provided access in the Private content section.
You should receive and email from WordPress.
Thanks for your help.

September 15, 2017 at 2:58 pm in reply to: Alternate Method to Change Main Content Area on the Homepage #852555Thank you so much for your help Ismael.
That works perfectly.
However, when I add another promo box under the first in each column ( just like the Salk example: http://www.salk.edu/), I have a large gap between the promo boxes ( see current home page: http://www.filianolab.com/.)
There doesn’t seem to be a way to decrease this space. Is that correct? Or am I wrong?
Thank you again.
Gail.September 14, 2017 at 2:47 pm in reply to: Alternate Method to Change Main Content Area on the Homepage #852057Thank you Ismael,
I am trying to create a look such as this homepage at the following link: http://www.salk.edu/
Specifically trying to have the columns overlap the full-width slider image.
I understand how to create the boxes in the columns and to give them color and know that I can overlap them over the full-width slide image, but cannot make the background black on just the homepage only. When I use the “Color Section,: I then cannot overlap the columns over the slider image.
I provided a username and password to Yigit to access the admin.
Hopefully you can help.
Thank you.
GailSeptember 13, 2017 at 2:44 pm in reply to: Alternate Method to Change Main Content Area on the Homepage #851594Thank you Ismael,
I did use the column capability at one point was was unable to create a black background on only the home page.
Is there a way to only specify a black background on the homepage? I tried using the Color Section, but that kept me from pulling the columns upwards to overlap the slider section.
Thank you for your continued help.
GailSeptember 12, 2017 at 5:43 am in reply to: Alternate Method to Change Main Content Area on the Homepage #850747Yigit,
Temporary Login would not work with the email that your provided.
However, I added you as a User as ADMIN and have provided the username and password in the private content area.
Thank you again for your continued help.
GailSeptember 6, 2017 at 9:07 pm in reply to: Alternate Method to Change Main Content Area on the Homepage #848838Yigit,
The temporary admin login plugin requires an email address. What email address should I use for you?
It also requires first and last name.
Can you provide the info so I can set it up for you?Also, I am trying to achieve a homepage design very similar to the site with the link in the private content area.
Thanks,
GailThanks again for your help Yigit.
However, perhaps I did something wrong, but the Developer actions, the custom CSSclass and Quick CSS code have had no effect on the button.
Any suggestions?
Gail.August 27, 2017 at 7:58 pm in reply to: Panels overlapping the homepage fullwidth banner image #844557Nikko, thank you. Yes that is the image that I was referencing.
However, after exploring ‘Image with Hotspot,” I do not see anyway to position the image boxes over the main banner image as per the example image: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/files/2017/02/layout_editor.jpg.
Seems to me that in the example, moving the three blue boxes (titles “Appointments, Drug Store and Dental Check”) up to overlap the main banner image (builds and Visit Enfold Medical panel) might need some special Quick CSS code to adjust the placement on the pag of the three boxes.
Is that the case?
Thank you.
Gail SabolYigit, perfect fix. Thank you for all of the support you provide.
You have helped me many times and it is appreciated.
GailI believe I resolved it with Go Daddy who is the host provider.
I am currently running 10 sites with Enfold and each of them had the same upload images problem (http error) following the WP and Enfold updates.Here’s is what they told me they had to do:
Re-submit the account
Clear Cache
Re-initialize (INI)I do not know what all of that means, but if anyone else should contact you with the same problem and they are running Enfold hosted on Go Daddy, that is what they did. Go Daddy had to do this to each site separately.
Thank you Jordon.
I have been able to load a few images, but as I was about to try to upload many images for a gallery I continue to get the HTTP error.I created a login for you.
See Private Content area.
Hopefully you can fix my issue.
Thank you.
GailThank you for the quick response Yigit!
Have a great day.

GailOctober 16, 2015 at 3:58 pm in reply to: Vertical versus Horizontal Viewing on Smartphone or iPhone #520076Hi Andy,
I tried the new code you sent this morning and there is no change at all to the position of items in the vertical view on my mobile device.
Do you think its possible to resolve the problem?
As this is a new site that has gone live, this is the last issue with my client.
He is withholding payment until this is resolved.
Can you help?
Thank again so much.
GailOctober 15, 2015 at 4:11 pm in reply to: Vertical versus Horizontal Viewing on Smartphone or iPhone #519384Thank you Andy. I created the admin login… see private content.
GailOctober 13, 2015 at 10:13 pm in reply to: Vertical versus Horizontal Viewing on Smartphone or iPhone #518416Thank you Ismael. I have also tried the new code you provided, however, the main fullwidth easy slider image with headings and subheads is still partially covered over in vertical view and not in horizontal view on a mobile device.
Please see the domain pinnacleacoustics.com on your mobile device in vertical view versus horizontal view. The red subhead box that says “Click Here To Request Your Free Consultation”gets covered over in vertical view but is visible in horizontal view.Please let me know if you have any other ideas how to fix this problem.
Thank you.
Gail
October 8, 2015 at 3:10 pm in reply to: Vertical versus Horizontal Viewing on Smartphone or iPhone #515842Sorry Andy, this new code also does not move the height of the slideshow either.
Any other ideas or would you like access to the admin?
GailOctober 7, 2015 at 9:38 pm in reply to: Vertical versus Horizontal Viewing on Smartphone or iPhone #515447Thanks Andy,
I’ve add the code you provided to the Quick Css field. I tried adjusting the height and saw no change at all to the mobile site.
I’m viewing on an Android.
Am I correct to adjust the height? What does the height adjustment control?
Thank you.
GailSeptember 25, 2015 at 6:44 pm in reply to: Mobile Navigation Menu Displaying As White Box Only #509237Ismael.
As I mentioned, I change the code that I thought would only affect the mobile menu, making the menu bars black, adding the following code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency, .av_header_transparency #advanced_menu_toggle {
background-color: #ffffff;
color: #000000;
border-color: #e1e1e1;
.responsive .mobile_menu_tablet .main_menu { display: block; }However, this affected the main navigation on the main site on a laptop as well, changing the header navigation type from white to black.
How can I change only the menu for mobile devices, versus a universal change. Se both laptop and mobile versions.See URL in Private Content
September 25, 2015 at 6:06 pm in reply to: Mobile Navigation Menu Displaying As White Box Only #509223Thank you Ismael, I change it to #000000 and the menu bars are now visible. Thank you!
Thank you Elliott. The code you provided affects the speed. Is there additional code that affects the size?
Thank you.
GailThank you Andy…appreciate your help.
GailJuly 29, 2015 at 6:12 pm in reply to: Masonry Gallery Light – No left or Right Navigation Arrows #480378Elliott,
I just took a look at the site on the IE browser after installing “enable-cors’ code. The icons are not showing in IE. However, they are showing in Chrome and Firefox.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
