Hi Yigit
Sorry, but I can’t see any private comments below your post.

Hi Mike.
I need to resolve this situation between you (Enfold) and 20i as I can see several 20i clients have posted support requests over the last few months with the same problem of not being able to install demo files due to your servers blocking traffic from 20i.
I don’t know how this needs to be resolved but the blocking is clearly affecting some of your clients.
This will eventually lead to developers choosing a different service to build their websites or 20i clients deciding to move their websites elsewhere which isn’t good news or good publicity for either of you. We, (the consumer) are stuck in the middle and nobody seems interested in fixing the problem! Can I possibly get you (or someone else at Enfold) in touch with somebody at 20i to resolve this issue?
If so, please private message me an email address or something similar and I will pass it on so they can escalate a solution at their end?Thank you.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi. I have the exact same issue as all my websites are hosted with 20i.
I have tried to manually install one of your demos but I see the same curl error 28.
Should the blocking stop me from manually installing the “Parallax” demo files or should I be able to do it that way?I have over 45 Enfold licenses so far and you are my preferred WordPress theme so I really need to find a solution to this issue. Importing the demo on a localhost isn’t a good solution for me as it adds a lot of time to my web design process.

Support like this is why I have purchased 45 Enfold licenses to date and keep coming back. 🙂I had to make a couple of tweaks by adding float: left and I adjusted the width % but fundamentally it resolved my issue.
Thanks again for your help. 👍🏼
Hi Rikard
Yes you would as I had to roll back to the previous version of WordPress but as soon as I updated to WordPress 5.5.1 the menu options disappeared. I tried this several times and had to roll back each time.
Strangely, I have just tried updating to WordPress 5.5.1 again today and this time all is working ok. Not sure what has changed and why it is now working but my issue has been resolved.
Thanks for looking at it though.
Kind regards
Hi Victoria
Apologies. That would be due to a security plugin I use that blocks logins from unknown IP addresses.
I have now disabled that so please try again now. Thanks
Hi. I am also having exactly the same issue when I try to update WordPress to 5.5.1 whilst using Enfold 4.7.6.4.
The sidebar options in “Enfold” all disappear.I have tried disabling all my plugins but that didn’t resolve the issue.
I have also tried updating WordPress to 5.5.1 and then Enfold to 4.7.6.4 but that didn’t work. The website I am working on is currently in a staging location and I have created a new admin user account for you (login details provided in the private content box below)
If you can take a look it would be greatly appreciated as I have no idea what to try next.
I do have a backup of the website to roll back to so feel free to try anything you think might help. Many thanks

I fully deleted the page (that wasn’t editable) and then recreated it which has resolved the issue.
Best regards
November 2, 2018 at 1:48 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder: Spinning Wheel (Just Paid For Support) #1028973I have exactly the same issue (and I raised my own thread for it a few days ago).
I have manually updated to Enfold 4.5 and that didn’t fix my issue.
I’ve also tried all the suggested fixes (disabling all plugins, trying different browsers, etc) but no joy.
I am waiting for somebody at Enfold to take a look at what is causing the issue but it is obviously a common problem.November 1, 2018 at 6:27 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder won't load on one page (blog summary page) #1028923This reply has been marked as private.October 31, 2018 at 12:34 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder won't load on one page (blog summary page) #1028300This reply has been marked as private.October 29, 2018 at 2:55 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder won't load on one page (blog summary page) #1027583This reply has been marked as private.May 12, 2018 at 10:49 pm in reply to: Cookie Consent – Stop "Learn More" opening a new tab on default #955870Excellent!

I had a security issue last year when I gave somebody access to one of my websites so I made the decision back then never to give somebody outside of my business access to my websites again.
I am sure you are trustworthy but it’s just a decision I made.
I will leave the default option as it is for now but I think it would be a good idea to provide the option for the user to change the default. With all the cookie notice plugins I have used, they include the option to decide whether to use _blank or _self for opening links to cookie policy pages.
Thanks
May 8, 2018 at 11:02 pm in reply to: Cookie Consent – Stop "Learn More" opening a new tab on default #953609The code doesn’t change the default for me.
Adding the code still means that when I click on “learn more” it opens in a new tab and I don’t want it to.
I have also tried changing _blank to _self in the code but that didn’t seem to work either.May 8, 2018 at 1:06 am in reply to: Cookie Consent – Stop "Learn More" opening a new tab on default #952991Hi
Can you verify that code is correct please as I have tried adding it to the bottom of the functions.php file but when I click on “learn more” in the Enfold cookie bar, it still opens a new page to my cookie policy page and I want it to stay in the same browser tab?
Thanks
May 4, 2018 at 1:24 pm in reply to: Cookie Consent – Stop "Learn More" opening a new tab on default #951635Sorry Ismael, where do I add that script and will I need to re-add it every time I upgrade Enfold?
